You have to have reasons to be confident. My confidence went through the roof when I became self employed after two years of being unemployed even though I was barely making any money at the start and with that extra confidence came success with women.

Having been decluttering, redecorating, and cleaning my home the last several weeks, I can say it makes a huge difference just for oneself. I view myself as classy but playful and having a cluttered living space just didn't reflect who I am. And even if other people watching don't have the same self-image, I don't think anyone watching your videos on how to improve their fashion and style considers being a slob who they really are inside. It's also just a lot nicer to come home to a place that's tidy and well kept and once you do the initial rigorous cleaning/organizing, it's a lot less effort to maintain it.
Being socially awkward is a huge struggle for me! Especially in the gym. I always say I am a better “second impression” person lol once you get to know me I can crack anyone up and carry a good conversation. My dad and my brother are the same. We just make friends wherever we go. BUT in the gym I think it’s because it’s such a charged atmosphere. I’m in good shape and it’s still a strange place because of all the mirrors, testosterone and hater stares dudes give one another. Talk about lions on the savanna trying to compete. But for anyone socially awkward, just keep your confidence up and try to make eye contact with people and show you are sure of yourself. Most people will look away or smile back. I get what you mean on how some dudes give the hater stares. Hell even I do it sometimes because I think they're trying to provoke me or something. However, if you talk to them and break the ice, their attitude completely changes and you realize they're actually pretty chill dudes. Yes most women are more attracted to men that other women seem attracted to, than to men who no one else seem attracted to. This is mostly true for alpha and beta persons though, the alphas are the ones who know how to be attractive and respected, and the betas are the ones who don't really know but try to emulate the alphas, while serving alphas. If you are a sigma loner, you should look for another sigma though. Also it is better to make women chase you than for you to chase them. One interesting thing about preferences is that in many cases they are just that, preferences, not an exclusive taste. Do yourself a favor, go ask 25 girls a day for there numbers. The exercise is to ask only the one you know are not into you. Ideally you want to be rejected, it will teach you confidence and you will most importantly not care what she thinks. It will all make sense when they start saying yes. What sucks is that I am that and more! Yet she had a big crush on a dude from her job, she even said she did know why it happen but I just believe the more I do my " Research" women don't care if you are too nice. More like be the alpha . On the topic of cracked hands and not liking the oily feel: I have 2 viable options. Option 1 is coconut oil cremes,, because they spread well and it doesn't have that lingering oily feel. Cover yourself with clothes, instead of putting toxic cream on yourself. And skin care? Eat healthy stuff and avoid garbage stuff. I worked for the oil and gas industry and due to the economy, the entire company shut down. I found other work but I took a huge hit to my pay. When she came into my life, I basically didn’t know what to do. She was very interested and flirty and here I’m this broke (but working) guy and I didn’t think it would work out. I told her the truth and she didn’t pass me up or look the other way. When I asked her, why? She said that what attracted her to me was my gentleness.

I got divorced in my middle 50's after thirty years of marriage. As far as grooming, many women do like a “baby’s bottom smooth” shave! I’ve been successful with this by using a “old fashioned “ double edge (DE) safety razor. It’s what many of our dads and granddads used. Plus a shaving brush and proper shave soap. Provides some unique scents also. Closest shaves I ever had.

When I watch videos like this (great video btw) I am reminded why I can’t be bothered with getting hard into the dating scene. It just all feels like a big ego stroke in though vanity. people trying to cover up their insecurities by impressing others with their looks. All I see when I see someone super dressed/dolled up is someone trying to fill a void in themselves through getting attention from others or someone who cares about the wrong things in life I.e status, appearance, vanity ect. I just wish we could express ourselves through our personalities and our hearts rather than our clothes and grooming routines. For me personally I find a woman in very causal clothing with a big heart more attractive than the girl who spends an hour on her appearance every day
I sort of agree but what she is really saying is take care of yourself and make sure you look out together. I have a friend high 50s who look like a slob, grossly overweight, wear loose fitting clothing because most doesn’t fit, wears hideous boots in MA area like cowboy boots, in summer wears cargo shorts and flip flops with some of the ugliest feet I have seen and long toe nails. Because a man Can improve his eyes. 1) I get at least 8 hours of sleep to keep from having bags. 2) I lightly trim my eyebrows even if I skip shaving. Since I knew that statistically, I was never going to win most of my initial contacts, I decided not to sweat it when I lost. Instead, I decided to get really, REALLY great at sex. So I read all the Chinese pillow books, and Tantric methods. I subscribed, and spent a lot of money on subscriptions to sex advice sites(some were great, other dudes). I vowed to WOW any girl that fell into me web. This was how I compensated. I know, this seems unfair and superficial to many here, but I figure it's no more unfair than the way women treated me from the start. Anyway, this worked for me, but It takes someone who can get by the initial feeling of being rejected so brutally. AND, I must say, in the beginning, that was hard for me. This is very informative. Simply- look good, feel good. I think people want someone who has their stuff together and as far as first impression- this list is very helpful. It gets you noticed in a positive way and both sexes judge potential partners this way. First impression may not have to be the lasting impression but doesnt mean it doesnt make a difference.

Having been decluttering, redecorating, and cleaning my home the last several weeks, I can say it makes a huge difference just for oneself. I view myself as classy but playful and having a cluttered living space just didn't reflect who I am. And even if other people watching don't have the same self-image, I don't think anyone watching your videos on how to improve their fashion and style considers being a slob who they really are inside. It's also just a lot nicer to come home to a place that's tidy and well kept and once you do the initial rigorous cleaning/organizing, it's a lot less effort to maintain it.
Being socially awkward is a huge struggle for me! Especially in the gym. I always say I am a better “second impression” person lol once you get to know me I can crack anyone up and carry a good conversation. My dad and my brother are the same. We just make friends wherever we go. BUT in the gym I think it’s because it’s such a charged atmosphere. I’m in good shape and it’s still a strange place because of all the mirrors, testosterone and hater stares dudes give one another. Talk about lions on the savanna trying to compete. But for anyone socially awkward, just keep your confidence up and try to make eye contact with people and show you are sure of yourself. Most people will look away or smile back. Anyone else get gym anxiety?
I get what you mean on how some dudes give the hater stares. Hell even I do it sometimes because I think they're trying to provoke me or something. However, if you talk to them and break the ice, their attitude completely changes and you realize they're actually pretty chill dudes. Some of the best friends I made were the dudes who gave me the "death stare"

Yes most women are more attracted to men that other women seem attracted to, than to men who no one else seem attracted to. Do yourself a favor, go ask 25 girls a day for there numbers. The exercise is to ask only the one you know are not into you. Ideally you want to be rejected, it will teach you confidence and you will most importantly not care what she thinks. It will all make sense when they start saying yes. On the topic of cracked hands and not liking the oily feel: I have 2 viable options. Option 1 is coconut oil cremes,, because they spread well and it doesn't have that lingering oily feel. You will smell like coconut (duh), so keep that in mind. Option 2 is O'Keefes working hands creme, because it dries a bit quicker than that coconut oil creme, but it's scentless and costs a bit more.

If I may add one insight with the understanding that women are different. I met my wife right after I was laid off from my job. I worked for the oil and gas industry and due to the economy, the entire company shut down. I found other work but I took a huge hit to my pay. When she came into my life, I basically didn’t know what to do. She was very interested and flirty and here I’m this broke (but working) guy and I didn’t think it would work out. I told her the truth and she didn’t pass me up or look the other way. When I asked her, why? She said that what attracted her to me was my gentleness.

I keep telling myself that if I saw Courtney in real life that I would have the courage to approach her. In reality I’d probably pass out. Seriously, I used to be so shy that I was terrified of approaching girls I was attracted to. Shyness is really only fear of humiliation, better known as saying something ridiculously stupid in front of a beautiful girl. It took a lot of courage, but I just kept approaching girls that I liked. I took my lumps and led the major leagues in strikeouts, but after awhile things began to improve. As far as grooming, many women do like a “baby’s bottom smooth” shave! I’ve been successful with this by using a “old fashioned “ double edge (DE) safety razor. It’s what many of our dads and granddads used. Plus a shaving brush and proper shave soap. Provides some unique scents also. Closest shaves I ever had.

I have, and I learned from watching what they do to entirely stay away from western women.
I usually notice a woman's intelligence first. Whenever I remembered liking someone at first sight, it was always because they said something smart and I was instantly attracted. I also never understood the whole shoe thing, but it's funny because I actually do notice the shoes first. That's weird that I don't understand it, but I end up looking for nice shoes anyway.

When I watch videos like this (great video btw) I am reminded why I can’t be bothered with getting hard into the dating scene.
It just all feels like a big ego stroke in though vanity. people trying to cover up their insecurities by impressing others with their looks.
All I see when I see someone super dressed/dolled up is someone trying to fill a void in themselves through getting attention from others or someone who cares about the wrong things in life I.e status, appearance, vanity ect.
I just wish we could express ourselves through our personalities and our hearts rather than our clothes and grooming routines.
For me personally I find a woman in very causal clothing with a big heart more attractive than the girl who spends an hour on her appearance every day

I sort of agree but what she is really saying is take care of yourself and make sure you look out together. I have a friend high 50s who look like a slob, grossly overweight, wear loose fitting clothing because most doesn’t fit, wears hideous boots in MA area like cowboy boots, in summer wears cargo shorts and flip flops with some of the ugliest feet I have seen and long toe nails. Also, long finger nails and occasionally wears poor fitted Led Zeppelin shirts yet he recently made a comment to me about how he could any woman he wanted? He truly believed this, we all laugh that he looks like he shops for cloths at Chess King is a fat slob and walks hunched over yet he can get woman he wants…wow! He really needs to see this video!

No, your skin care routine, grooming, clothing choices and shoes DON'T say a lot about you, unless you're a person who spends a lot of time thinking about these things. Just because these things are very important to you, doesn't mean they are important to everyone else too. Most of the men I know spend almost no time thinking about any of these things.

Hello Courtney, Good tips but I must correct one thing. Because a man Can improve his eyes. 1) I get at least 8 hours of sleep to keep from having bags. 2) I lightly trim my eyebrows even if I skip shaving. (which a skip way too often LOL)
3) I think of and expect positive interactions with other people, This helps me to avoid frowning which keeps me from having "lost puppy eyes" For great success Listen to what Courtney says at 14:40 and add 1) "continually educates himself well enough to make good decisions and makes them" 1B) (get rid of those bad habits guys) 2) fixes or builds things on a regular bases. (let her see you with a power tool every once in a while to renew your Man Card) P.S. Hey Courtney great job with your hair. Do you put a lot of work into that? or is it just really good genetics?

This video was hard for me to get through mainly because most of the tips she said in regard to presentation I struggle with. I’m naturally an introvert. As such I find it difficult to talk and interact with strangers. Especially women when it comes to dating or being romantic.

Hey Courtney ... great vid, as usual. I was always a 5. I knew from the start I was never going to win on a "first sight" contest with other guys. Since I knew that statistically, I was never going to win most of my initial contacts, I decided not to sweat it when I lost. Instead, I decided to get really, REALLY great at sex. So I read all the Chinese pillow books, and Tantric methods. I subscribed, and spent a lot of money on subscriptions to sex advice sites(some were great, other dudes). I vowed to WOW any girl that fell into me web. This was how I compensated. I know, this seems unfair and superficial to many here, but I figure it's no more unfair than the way women treated me from the start. Anyway, this worked for me, but It takes someone who can get by the initial feeling of being rejected so brutally. AND, I must say, in the beginning, that was hard for me. I mean, I have feelings too, just like everyone, and it's no fun being rejected by so many until I could get to my first "lay." But, it got easier as my success rate increased. 9:00 this entire video is why relationships don't last anymore. Everyone's standards during the dating phase are so shallow and shallowness is the opposite of true love which is selflessness. Shallowness is all about the self and whats pleasing to the self... love is sacrificial. If my girl smelled bad or looked bad one day or for a whole week or it become a lifestyle because she's struggling nd going through things id still love her...
Whereas women today and probably even most men would be packed up and gone and onto the next adventure. Thats because they're following their own desires and pleasures instead of following their partner and their partners wellbeing and their partners desires and pleasures.

This is very informative. Simply- look good, feel good. I think people want someone who has their stuff together and as far as first impression- this list is very helpful. It gets you noticed in a positive way and both sexes judge potential partners this way. First impression may not have to be the lasting impression but doesnt mean it doesnt make a difference.
