    Nothing beats a good old Leslie workout on a dull day. All time favorite instructor. I love how she makes her sessions challenging yet accessible.

    I am 60 years old. Started leslie's workouts July 2022-weight 93kg.By July 2023 weight 70kg. Currently size 14 from 24😁

    I have been a fan of Leslie from 2003 or 4 when her programs were available thru cds. Unfortunately the world was so big then that i could not buy the cd as they would not post it to India! Then when i subscribed to Gaia yoga class much later, where these walks were available. I have been doing just those walks - 3 mins, 5 mins, 2 miles, and 3 miles. That's it. Only recently i looked her up on youtube and she looks the same! What power and energy! Now all her 5 min walsk are my favourite on youtube and i play them on auto every hour!! That keeps me active... Thanks and more power to you , Leslie!

    I'm limited to how much walking i can do because of nerve damage in both feet from diabetes..So this video is a blessing to me because it gives me the walking exercise i need and it doesn't affect my neuropathy .. Ty Leslie

    Leslie, am in my 60's. Your booster walk and 1 mile walks are great. Thank you so much. i love them. 20+ days in and have lost 5 lbs. (Eating less also)

    I work at home sitting in front of a computer all day - not great for my health. This is a great little cardio break without taking up too much time! 😀

    Im gonna start with this walk, and them move up to more. Im 60 and I need to get some exercise, the thing I love about Leslie is she tells you that if you need too SLOW DOWN. I was doing a 5 minute march in my living room, Ill do this every other work out.

    How have I missed this one? I've been following you for over a year lol. This was so fun, and I don't like doing anything faster than fast walking, because I have arthritis and am an ex-smoker, but I was so excited to boost it up. Love this channel!
