Strange how skeletons find any climate uninhabitable
It's a cultural thing I suppose? Like they feel closer to home (Nehekara's desert) in barren wastelands than snow?

When I played as Settra I allied with the court of lybaras at the very start to get some outpost troops and war coordination for the lizardmen. Then I asked them to go after the pirates of sartosa, lured them into my land while positioning a bunch of armies in theirs, and completely wiped them out within two turns. It was a glorious and damnable betrayal and it felt so good.

Spooky Settra is an awesome mod! I need to try the other lords at some point. I really only played Settra even in WH2.
what does the mod entail?
For some reason the lizard men feel like the most opposed and tough enemy you’ll fight during settras campaign, both times they have pushed into my area, the first time one faction went on an absolute rampage and conquered everything below the springs of life and now they are a bit aggressive but are also eating with 3 other factions so yeah, I’m not giving up just yet

Besides the Grand Heirophant with his serious limp the lords look so badass during the outro walking towards the camera. Like they just walked out of the city they've set to blow up and the explosion starts in slow motion with pieces of the buildings landing all around them.
How would you handle the building side? How would like a random settlement look like?
Would you focus on like two lines that are buffed by your faction (like chariots and grave guard for settra or hexwraiths for arkhan) and make it a stable spammable for all settlements? Or have more options and change up things?
Like a would a small settlement be like: tier 3, recruitment building, money maker building, walls or something else?
If there are, what are some settlement build "rules" and must have buildings for tomb kings?

Started a Settra campaign earlier today. Just wiped my first province of the rogue armies when Carstein with a 20 stack army walked up and started raiding. I told him to get off my lawn, and he pulled out a second 20 stack army out of his ass and declared war immediately after Skarbrand declared war on that same turn. Needless to say, I lost on turn 17
I guess you took too many casualties or something and they AI thought that you were weak enough to be taken out easily

Playing arkhan now and really struggled early game. You can't beat Response or Skarbrand with your crap troops. Skarbrand totally destroyed me and ended my game
Lol Arkhan has a other army to throw at them. Weaken them with auto resolve with really bad army or two and you can run them over since both have horrible garisons while they are down. For lypanse her cavalry you can walk with spears easily and let ghouls maul through her peasants. Skarbrand is more attacking where he isn't, as he is a beast but so long as he is in sight you can avoid him and destroy his homelands which will destroy him fast since khorne economy is terrible. He isnt Likley to have more than one good army so you can easily outwit and outmanuver him. Since you have by that point maybr three armies runnign around.
@@christianlangdon3766 one 16 skarbrand stack, half dead, killed two of my armies.
@@LandofMert76 yea one thing to remember is khorne counters you heavy in auto resolve never auto vs him. He has fire and armor which makes him steamroll your army's. Skeletons with Sheilds can halt the charge bonus of some of their most brutal dudes, and ranged attacks destroy demons. Their warriors with Sheilds is the most brutal thing.
