@@dougs_urbanfarm most phones have the option but it would be over a few days so you would use something like a gopro and set it to take a pic every every minute or so on a tripod, maybe set up a light for the overnight sections.

Yes Go pro and plugged into a power supply or battery bank otherwise the battery won’t last long

These trees fruited last year at 7 years of age.
