Thank you for the video, my base is about the same, with a few differences inside, but for some reason, I had to add a bunch of secure doors in hallways, otherwise the pressure was too much for this base. also, I tried to plant that shooting plant like you did, but it kept shotting at me and also, kept shooting the base, ended up taking him out and put some deep mushrooms instead.
Anyway, thank you very much for the video 🙂
I built a Deck for my Cyclops to allow me to walk either of my Prawn Suits to the Cyclops, with unused Tubing for aligning the Cyclops. (I should note that you can put down Foundations, then put moonpools above them). I think I had a 2x6 Foundation Deck, with room for the Seamoth to exit the base properly from a frontal Moonpool. However, the last time I built such a deck was before they added the Large Room to Subnautica (had the deck in 3 playthroughs, but had 3 playthroughs since that didn't have a deck). Though my most recent Playthrough has been on Steam, since I didn't buy Subnautica 1 on Steam until this past winter sale (2023/2024), as I was playing the Free version that I got from the Epic Store in 2018 for about 9 playthroughs. I may just do another playthrough and try to build the base naturally, rather than going back through the most recent playthrough.
I like a deck under the moon pool for the Prawn.
It's just practical.
hearing that reaper in the start of the video sent chills down my spine lol
I know the feeling

Bruh, my base in every playthrough is just a moonpool, and a multi purpouse room for bioreactor and plant beds. Thats all you need really
Nuh uh
can you upload the save file ? if that even is possible.
Less is more:
Moon Pool will fit anything you actually need in it.
Water maker uses too much power anyway.
