Edgy Clear Resin Coasters with Gold Leaf and Pills | Bonus Projects Including Earrings and Spheres

I had a custom order for some coasters with gold leaf and pills and decided to record the process. Using empty pill capsules or capsules filled with glitter and beads, I was able to create these gorgeous, interesting coasters. I also used some new chameleon powders from Glitter and Crafts 4 U as well as some new molds and inks from Lets Resin just for fun.

Just curious if the clear resin was the top or if the gold flake resin is designed to be top?

My pills are floating to the top of the resin even when I let the resin harden a little. Any tips?

What are the beads? Sprinkles? Would sprinkles in a capsule work? Lol

Hi! I think these are called bubble beads on Amazon. You can absolutely use sprinkles! The capsules did not dissolve and the resin did not leak into them either, so I think you can use lots of fillers!
