What irritates me is that Strange Supreme was almost equal to the entirety of the infinity stones wielded by one person, and this is supposed to be a considerable time later, so he should be even more powerful. They should never even come close to beating him.

Captain Carter was plenty likeable in season 1. Seeing her return to fight the hydra stomper was cool. Watching her clown Loki and the Destroyer and go toe to toe with Thor was a bit of an eye roller.
But watching her lose all the magic props and still get the better of Strange by simply throwing hands at him? That's beyond absurd.

The only threat in S1 for Strange is Infinity Ultron. In S2 Strange facing lot of enemies, not only Kahori and Peggy Carter, but also strong creatures that he capture accross infinity of multiverse.

stones only hurt to the point of disintegration if u are snapping half of existence away (or back), infinity gauntlet was made for the purpose to tank the recoil, but it still hurt thanos' arm. Peggy currently has strange's protection spell, the infinity ultron armor (recoloured with her aesthetic), and is a super soldier. So even she did something equal to the feat of snapping, she'd be fine. But yeah all she did was infinity stone powered punch strange here, no need for disintegration.

I don't usually criticize fight scenes, but I don't get how Carter can even wield all the stones with no problem. Heck, Strange Supreme should've wiped the floor with them, and anyone who watched S1 would know this.
Strange Supreme is the main reason Ultron didn't win in s1, he was so powerful that he basically had to carry the entire team

Hell, he even become more powerfull in season two and also defeated and captured so many powerful characters by he's own,like Thanos with infinty gems,infinity ultron,killmonger with infinity gems,hela,thor,loki and so many other.Loosing to those two female with infinity gem and other weapons does not make anysense it is just a bad writting and because now it is M-she-U time.
Okay that final punch where Peggy grabs all the Infinity stones should not even be possible thanos and tony had to create a whole gantlet to even get a couple of seconds with the things without getting burned by radiation and yet she comes off with nothing
Yeah, even a half celestial like Star Lord almost got destroyed by the power stone... Thanos can briefly use it, but is in great pain...
So Carter leaving this fight unscathed (much less alive) by using all infinity stones in her bare hands, is impossible.

Forget about stones, she shouldn't have been able to even touch dr strange, what can a person who runs around with frisbee do to a person who does supreme magic and fly? She has plot Armor 100000000000 times thicker than a batman.
Kahori has part of the power of one stone and she somehow had enough power to almost defeat strange herself? Marvel needs to get there game together and fast.
There's still one thing I can't understand. There were much discussion about just how Peggy was able to wield all of the Infinity Stones and how her alliance with Kohorty was a gamechanger - it's all can be explained, yes.
I have another question - how in the Nine Realms vibranium still able to withstand all the power of Strange Supreme and not even crack? Must I remind that equal shield was broken by Thanos with just his blade and physical strength? And Thanos WAS actually defeated by Strange Supreme, we saw it in the same episode!
Not to mention, Wanda’s raw power was enough to break Thanos’s blade, the same blade that destroyed Cap’s shield, so if Wanda could do that in her infinity war era before she was even fully powered, there’s no possible way Supreme wasn’t powerful enough to do the same at this point if not completely disintegrating it on contact, i mean we’re talking beyond multiversal level

I mainly just hate how they took away all the meaning from Supreme Strange’s tragic story in his season 1 episode

Strange had powered up so much he wasn’t hurt in the least by any of the attacks, even a direct strike from all the infinity stones barely managed to stun him long enough to lose control of the demons he absorbed, the only thing that could even kill him was the forge that he made, and he chose to go willingly.
I wish strange supreme said at the end before he fell into the forge “Fly you fools” as this parallels both the balrog and Gandalf falling into the abyss.

How can Captain Carter tank a blast from the destroyer? Captain America couldn’t. That blast is powerful enough to hurt and potentially kill Thor.
Also, how is she using all of the infinity stones without any damage? Hulk couldn’t even do that.
They should have had Hela beat Strange, that would have at least been believable. Someone over at what if has a hard on for Haley Atwell. Her strongest form should be equal to Captain America. She isn’t equal to Thor or Hulk on her best day.
The armour lets her use the stones, exactly the same reason killmonger used the stones in the last season. Strange even comments on it in this clip.
Plus she's female. That adds up to over 9000 Plot armor

I'm glad this episode happened. Now we have context for just how bad a multiversal conflict can get with all the tools that Marvel has. And keep in mind, this would only be a skirmish. How bad would all-out war be?

TBH, I can buy Carter being able to wield a lot of the things she does in this episode, namely the infinity stones since it has been established since Loki Season 1 that their power and usability depends on the universe in question and you could theoretically afford to add more if they’re not at full power. That being said however, I feel like the priority was making all this a spectacle without thinking about how it works narratively later (which is Strange because other episodes balanced both very well). This really isn’t something you can’t do just because you can and completely expect everyone to follow.
This plot was something out of 2 children arguing during play time

Supreme Strange in Season 1 should have power equal to Infinity Ultron and in these Season 2 he should have power at least close to The Watcher himself.
They literally do dirty to him, and throwing away all of his character development.
I think the thing that disappointed me the most about this fight is the fact it’s a considerable step down in creativity compared to Ultron. Like there’s still a handful of moments that are super creative, but like Ultron and Strange were throwing new attacks out every time. Like they still created beams and what not, but it was once in a blue moon while this was 75% beams.

He literally didn't care they had the stones or all those weapons, because they items were so weak, he doesn't bother to use them, he even joked about them having them.
Not only could he control/de-power and teleport ALL universe destroyers and saviors at once, he did it while fighting those two.
It's believable that strange served himself the L, i just wish the writers tried a little hard and explained the reason he chose Peggy was he was secretly planning his own demise, and knew only his friend, the person he respected could convince him to do the right thing.
They should have made it clear that friendship. Or true love (for Catherine and steve, respectively) was more powerful and more important than any item or superpower.

The final battle isn't as bad as the weird men online think it is. Here's some notes.
Carter was wearing kilmongers infinity armor. It'd be weird if she couldn't use the stones. Ultron with the stones beat Uatu, Carter can stand toe-to-toe with Strange.
While the last season already had a team-up ending, and could risk being repetitive, it definitely felt less impactful without it.
The portal battle had entertainment value, seeing them gear up, and Strange eat said gear.
The main issue, is how even though they made Kahhori feel formidable, they want us to invest in her story too quickly. They should have introduced her in the comics first to establish a fanbase. They could have established her as an adversary for Strange Supreme, or increased her display of cosmic power more, some degree of foreshadowing.
The overall fight was dazzling, the final act of Strange Supreme being brought down by his own inner turmoil was touching.
To the people constantly crying about woke media. Okay, boomer.
But why is Strange a villain here?

God, what bullshit. I watched the first season for the amazing Strange, but in the second there was not a single normal plot at all. And as a finale, this is... "something".

@@kristelvidhi5038 I'd agree, but the plot point Of Strange supreme in s1 was to literally accept that fixed points cannot be altered. (He even pleaded to stop the destruction of his reality, and that he made a mistake)
And here he is making the same mistake again (after that).
Corruption isn't the issue either, When the monsters inside him was sperated and Carter tried to talk to him, he said this is to "save Christine..."
They literally threw away his character development.

I can let go of the Carter stuff, since it's a what if... But if they're gonna reuse characters... They should make it consistent with what they established.
