If gears of war 3 ever gets an ultimate edition just like the first game, I really hope they keep the medal system along with the rest of the journal so we can see stats and unlock things properly
they will most likely remake 2 and release a collection but 3 will stay the same like Halo MCC
Still to this day i think this is the best game ever made. I just went back to play it a few nights ago.. this game is still better than alot of newer games on the market.
I can't believe how much better the same maps look here compared to Gears 5, so much more character.
Weird seeing how different Mercy is. Like it's the same layout in 3 but yet somehow in 4 and 5 it just feels like it's a different layout altogether. Is that weird, or does anyone else feel the same way?

Gears 5 is technically better graphically. But the love put in gears 3 is just visually more appealing. Its easier on the eyes
@@KopBloky That's pretty much what I was thinking, Gears 5 is more (I don't know) shiny? But look at the lush greenery, how everything is so overgrown and the details on the architecter. Much more life to Epics games.

These games were the peak of triple A gaming. From campaign, multiplayer, mechanics, graphics and Easter eggs. They don't do it like this no more.

I used to be on the language testing team on this game. Don't remember that much of the story any more, but I remember the multiplayer matches. The whole team used to play match after match in some periods. Good times!

I remember when after ALL the grind and unlocking chairman Prescot i think it was like win 100 games on every game mode . I played 1 game at like 3 am ,was happy went to bed and i got hit with account reset bug the next day . Still love the game though hahaha i also had the limited time skins unlocked for completing the story on max difficulty. The camo was fugly but cool that there was a skin that showed you put in the effort .

You can directly trade weapons in gears 3, no need to find a floor gun to swap

I had so much fun on the day this game dropped. All my friends were partied together destroying matches
The map he's talking about later used to have a glitch not sure if it's still there with the piano to literally crash everyone's Xbox except yours it was amazing and all you had to do was swing your grenade and press the piano repeatedly good times

It's depths, and yes it does still work, it only crashes the host xbox, everyone else just lags out after a minute or so.

Gears 3 was so good. Most fun gears game... No dumb ass back A's. No ridiculous wrap shots. This game was perfect. Only thing was the retro/sawed off. But it's whatever.

It was a bit too good against the Gnasher, but it didn't need to be done so dirty.
Half the spread and boost the reload speed by 30%. Give it a decisive but not insurmountable advantage against the Gnasher.
