This video is one of your best (IMHO). A career in the military (USAF) left me with a seemingly unrequitable love for waxed canvas. Hence one of the first packs in my collection was a Filson Journeyman, followed by a Goruck GR1 Heritage, and every size sling bag and several satchels that Nutsac has offered for sale. Ironically, I have not yet picked up a Nutsac Rucksack, but that and a Goruck GR2 bag will magically appear in my collection. I began rucking way back in the mid 1960's, although I don't think it was called rucking back then, but I just can't bring myself to use my GR! Heritage for rucking activities. That really beats up a bag. So, I use a Goruck Plate Carrier for those activities. Geez Louise, I really do love waxed canvas...could this be a problem? LOL.

I have the NutSac rucksac. I love that bag. I only wish they made a larger capacity version. Other than that, it’s an amazing bag. It really feels like an old friend . I am gonna rock that for years . Thanks bro!
Love those bags shown in the vid! Been eyeing a Trakke Bannoch for at least 4 years now. tbh a waved canvas bag doesn’t quite go with my professional wardrobe😢 though I do have a couple of Fjallraven G-1000 fabric bags. I’ll just enjoy these waxed canvas bags from afar for now.. 😍

hey, where is Fjallraven in your list? I know you said it was a bag you kept going back to…as do I. My Raven28 is the only waxed canvas bag in my collection at present.

Thank you for watching! Definitely another solid option, I tried to keep it to one per brand (like goruck the m23 would have been another one I really liked) so with Evergoods I still prefer the Ctb26 a bit more
The Griffin was great until they destroyed it with the bright ugly orange. Goruck just destroyed their Heritage line also. Enough of the stupid bright orange interiors. I feel like only fanboys really like this.

Disagree. Waxed canvas can be very suave and professional. Like leather. As well as rugged and enduring.
@ Maybe “suave” is a good look for a man, not for a woman wearing skirt suits 😀 I did say they don’t go with “my” professional wardrobe 😉
@ try the trakke Bannoch- find some of their lighter colours look better for a lady who likes waxed canvas and skirts :)
