Press with a fork repeatedly on the sides of the bowl until the mixture looks like crumbs. Slowly add your very cold water while mixing until a dough forms. Place the dough on a floured surface. Divide into two equal parts. Roll out the bigger piece of dough into a circle about 1-2 mm thick. Take one end of the dough and place it on the rolling pin. Slowly roll the rolling pin up, taking the dough with it. The dough should be wrapped around the rolling pin. Grab a pie plate, and carefully unroll the dough into the pie plate. Poke holes in the dough with a fork. Filling 2/3 cup/134g sugar 1/3 cup/76g butter melted 1 cup/ 236ml corn syrup or honey 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 1 cup/ 33 pecans/ 113g pecan halves Preheat your oven to 375F/191C Beat everything except the pecans in a medium bowl until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust, bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, serve and enjoy!

Our brains never needed to develop an understanding of upside down tongue touch. So, when you touch the right side of your tongue when it's flipped over to your left side you perceive a sensation on the opposite side, where your tongue usually is but isn't when it's upside down. It's pretty freaky and cool and a little humbling, because it shows the limits of the accuracy of our senses, the only tools we have to get what's out there in here.The philosophy of knowledge, the study of knowing, is called epistemoIogy.
