Been working this out myself. I ended up using my TSProf Kadet and finding a way to make the angle on the back about 1 degree and taking it off the back to raise a burr and then using a brass wire wheel to rid the burr from the front side. Not as sharp as I would want it but much better than it was before.

10-4. Yes. The burr can also be knocked back with a flat wire brush. We use a cotton wheel with compound after that too. And another wheel. Here's to happier cooking - and bread cutting.
