Sharpening a Serrated Knife on Your 1x30 or Work Sharp Ken Onion Elite

I am often asked about sharpening serrated knives and how I do it. Over the last four years I have tried many different methods to sharpen them. Also I would add that some really warn serrated knives need more of a refurbishing job. So that would be a knife where the serrations are almost gone. This method is not for those knives. This is for a serrated knife that's still in good shape but has just gone dull from use. This method will also work well on a Ken Onion Elite Sharpener as it's a great tool for serrated knives always run edge trailing and I have used that as well for serrated knife. I have done a video on doing them on the Tormek. It's not one of my favorite methods but I will release that video soon so if all you have is a Tormek you can see how I do a serrated knife on it.
