This is a great debate... Definitely valid points on both sides and seems like it all boils down to personal preference at the end of the day. We're personally starting in the residential space but are certainly open to exploring the commercial side in the future! Great video. 👊💯

To start residential then put it into commercial. If you don’t want outside money commercial is a lot harder to play in.
