Could you let me know which specific hinges I need to buy? I have the cooke and lewis unit and have made my own slab doors and now need the appropriate hinges
Hi - thanks for this video! I need the hinges that join the two forts together but cannot seem to get them at all - can you tell me what they are and where I could get them?
On the b&q website they have 3 door packs for corner cabinets, for wall cabinets the 290mm deep units use the same doors as the 925 base units, i wish b&q had made this clear on their website.
He should have mentioned there are hinges for unframed and framed doors but looking at these framed doors they wouldn't work with the framed hinges c&l sell because the holes are too near the edge of the door. Better info would help people not buy a load of stuff incorrectly.
As I have been foolish enough to buy a B&Q kitchen I have viewed numerous videos by this man. Whilst they might help a bit they are not very realistic. He is working in nigh perfect working conditions . Dead straight walls & floors etc. The reality is that fixing the items together is one thing installing is completely different for instance when standing on a step ladder trying to install these things on a corner wall cabinet. Overall if you can get one of the doors to fit well the other is a rubbish fit and has virtually nil adjustment. Am I happy with my B&Q Cooke & Lewis kitchen, you decide. Save yourself the hassle & steer well away from these bi fold doors.
