Great video. I have a tricky request from my form. In our form, clients not residing in the UK must attach the ID document. I have watched many of your videos and can finally do the custom field for the "Country". but I still do not know how to do conditional logic or formula for that request. Can you help pls??? Thanks
Awesome video :) is it possible to create a condition or logic over a dropdown list? Ex. I pick option a and triggers box a, pick option b triggers box b, pick option c triggers box c, etc.?
Hi there! This is probably so easy but I'm trying to create a text field for my clients to enter comments on a contract. I do not require them to put anything in the box if they dont want to, but i cant seem to make the text box optional... Can someone lend a hand? Thanks in advance!
Great video! On a contract could I have 4 signors but if they only complete one signor how do I route it to move forward if the other 3 are not needed? Is that the conditional formatting you used for the beneficiary fields?
This video was so helpful. I used a lot of these techniques on our own version of a beneficiary form. Our primary and contingent section are separate though, so setting up the conditional logic and formulas was easier than the form in your video. The only issue I'm having is that the error message I created for when the percentages don't equal 100 appears on the form regardless of the formula being wrong/right. I sent the form to myself just to make sure and I could see the error messages before anything was entered into the data fields and even when the percentages were equal to 100. What do you think I did wrong? Thanks!
You've got this issue because the condition that's meant to trigger the error message isn't set up correctly and thus the error message is not displaying conditionally but at all times. You need to check how the condition is set up.
My good man, Thanks for this beautiful video! I have a QUESTION: Can I make an EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION FIELD on my website, so when people hit their email address they instantly receive a DOCU SIGN to sign in the email address they left. What I mean by this is literally like they subscribe to the "NEWSLETTER EMAIL FIELD" and instantly receive their docu sign for signage. Thanks in advance... I would really appreciate if you could give me an ANSWER ASAP.

Great video, thank you!! Is it possible to add an if function that will auto populate a # based on the response from a drop down?
Yes but it will have to be a static number, can’t be a variable
Hello,
Is there a way to add a conditional field that, when the trigger is met, an additional document is made visible?
Unfortunately not
Perfect and very helpful

Just uncheck the required box in the property panel when the field is selected

This is not possible at this time, you need a template for each 1,2,3 or 4 signers scenarios and use the correct one.
Hello,
Is there any way to compare two text fields and make sure the values entered are the same? Thanks in advance.
If the values are numerical yes AND the fields are owned by the same recipient, then YES
@@Solusign Thanks!
Any thoughts on why I don't have "Recipient Preview" as an option like you do? I have the highest level plan but do not have that option.
You only get that in the sandbox unfortunately, I know it sucks!
