    1) would it be wise to replace the clutch, variator with new rollers and belt all at once?
    2). How long should these parts last that I mentioned above?
    Again thank you for your time 🙏🏽

      Hello my friend actually is a great idea to change your variator , clutch and roller at the same time many people don’t change everything at once to try don’t spend all their money at once all this parts will last you around 8 k miles to 10k miles all depends on the quality . Thank you very much for watching my videos and ride safe

      Hello Kinghamster 1447 I'm not to familiar with Peugeot speedfighter but the best way is to open the cvt cover and see if something is broken around there and especially some small metal parts or metal shaving that will tell you or give you the clue that something is broken or something with break in the next 42 miles or so also try to tap your rear clutch with a rubber mullet to see if you get the same noise . Careful when removing the clutch nut from the shaft. Its so dam shallow its unreal!
    I have been wanting to check my clutch for a long time now but its not budging at all! They done it up WAY too tight from the factory.
    Even a long breaker bar with a tube attached did not get it off. SO easy for the socket to slip.

    Hello. What is the difference between a 1500 center clutch spring and a 2000 center clutch spring. Which is better for a 150cc scooter?

    • @VirberelloScooterTips
      @VirberelloScooterTips  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello I like the 1500 because is little softer and driving with a 2000 or higher torque spring is like always driving in first gear. The stiffer springs usually result in a quicker, more aggressive start , the bad parts is that a harder spring will also put more stress on the belt that can wear out faster or have shorter life so at the end It all comes down to personal choice and riding style. Thank you for watching my video and be safe

      Hello my friend the best way is to place a new belt and not place the cvt cover back put the scooter on a center stand turn your scooter on and look at the belt when that goes around and see if that belt is rubbing somewhere or goes side way protect your eyes and do not touch moving parts but if your scooter clutch is old there is a possibility that center part of the of the clutch is warped and need to be replace.
