Hey Virberello Great video! So you mentioned that tiny important plastic part that activates the starter ..mine acutally broke of on my rear hand break part that attaches to the rear brake...i turn the key sometimes and it doesnt start and sometimes it does..any clues on whats going on?? also when it doest work i use my front brake and press the starter button and it starts! some uncharted territory here i guess lol ......

Thanks for the great tips! I now know how to so this myself! I never had to get a brake cable changed before but good to know this information. However, I did have trouble with my throttle cable in the past, it was not fun having my scooter riding itself then having to force shut off my scooter at a stop light in the middle of winter!

How do you know what length to get or witch one to pick for the rear brake cable

1 way is to remove the cable and take the measure second way is to remove only the inside steel cable and measure that or make sure when you search to shop you buy the part for your specific scooter type that should be the right measure I can say sometimes is not perfect because they are made in China and the product can vary for gy6 150 cc should be 75 inches www.extrememotorsales.com/xcart/Parts/150cc-scooter-parts/cables/

Hi you do not have a front brake cable on gy6 scooter you have broken brake fluid hose that is more possible if you have broken hose yes will need to replace brake fluid and bleed the system check my channel to find the video how to bleed scooter brakes
