Learn how to use ethernet on iPhone in this quick tutorial. You can use wired internet on iPhone, iPad and MacBook using couple of Apple adapters / connectors. I have shown how to use Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter and Apple USB 2.0 to Ethernet USB Adapter to add wired internet connection to iPhone. The setup is pretty simple once you understand.
You need to connect ethernet connection to iPhone to have better, stable and faster internet speed possible which is sometimes difficult with WiFi connection. And you need wired internet connection on iPhone for many different reasons. I shall try to cover the major use of ethernet adapter on iPhone in my upcoming videos. Stay tuned for that.

I really need this, I work at a company that is radio quiet zone, meaning mobile data, wifi and Bluetooth should be off at all times so that the athena is not distracted from doing research. My concern is about the battery health. Does this connection keep the phone charging at all times?

Why do you need 2 adaptors? The ones I been looking at have a Ethernet port and a charging port together on one adapter.
These are the official adapters from Apple. There is no official adapter with lightning connector directly. However, there are some third party adapters available.

No friend. You need to follow basic steps like restarting router before the drop, using Authentic Apple Ethernet Adapter, closing all apps on iPhone, etc.
I get better speeds on Ethernet compared to Wifi.

When on WiFi my download is between 600-700 upload is 500 and ping is 8 or 9
When I Hardwire into the modem with the adapter and iPhone 11 Pro my download is around 220 upload is right around 205 and ping is 2 or 3.
Do you think this will help my changes.

hello, I don't understand, with my wifi and the fiber I have a power of 450 mbps on my iPhone. there with the cable I have only 90. where can the problem come from?
Cable supports only upto 100 mbps. Your router should support output of 450mbps and the adapter should also support 450mbps to make it work

No there is no such product but if you facing issues with the adapter, take it to Apple service Centre.

Other devices can be connected to WiFi, no issues

Great video! But I have a question. What if I want to do the opposite? I want to connect my mobile phone hotspot to a ps4 but I want the connection on the ps4 too register as Ethernet, not WiFi. This is possible by buying a special wifi router but is there an easier way? Like with just a few cables and no additional router?

No. The lightning port on the adapter is for charging purpose. You won't be able to plug-in the wired headphones if its lightning.
