I think its because just like the scene with Ann crying over Ron "enjoying moments" - Ron understands Andy's language/lingo and to Andy that was a *great compliment* and thus Ron thanks him in his own lingo: gentlemanly calling him Andrew.
People who are really fans get this and thus find it especially endearing despite the simplicity.
Everyone else: *super excited and immediately begin coddling and baby talking to it*

I’m always surprised at how much Ron and I agree about considering we’re opposites in almost every way. For example, I’m an animal loving vegetarian and I completely agree with him about the pig. Not enough people consider where their food comes from, and if you want to eat meat then you be the one to kill the animal.
I have meat in my freezer that died by my own hand. I know how it was killed and handled... And I processed it into edible portions myself. Knowing where your food comes from is important.
