Love! I just started this channel and I can’t stay off of it! You are precious and your videos are the best one I have ever been on! Thank you for all of your work for us! Just love both of you on here!
Thank you Glenda. Everyone crochet’s baby blankets, however your followers need blankets made for their children or grandchildren in larger sizes. I truly appreciate this video and haven’t watched it yet.
As Glenda gives the stitch multiple, you can make the blanket to any size that you want, just by following the multiples until your starting chain is the right width for what you want, then just keep doing your rows until it is the length that you want. Making the smaller size blankets allows Glenda and Cody to make more projects and giving the stitch multiples, allows us all to adjust them to which ever size best suits our needs xx
That's a great stitch pattern for this yarn. I about killed my wrist and arm using a more detailed stitch pattern. Had not used the yarn before and made 3 blankets the same pattern. Ouch! Recipients loved them. That's what matters.
Hi Glenda! Cody's blanket is beautiful and I like the border as well. I'm sitting here crocheting as I watch...your videos are very calming. Have a great evening!😘
That is a pretty colorway for a baby blanket. I know you love working with variegated yarn so people can see what it looks like worked up but it is difficult to see the stitches when you are doing a tutorial especially when you are visually impaired like I am. I do love how squishy this blanket looks.😊
12:41p Thank you SO much for the “slow step by step” tutorials!! I’m a self taught crocheter, 50yrs. old and I often struggle with learning new stitches, I don’t know how to read a pattern, but I’m a “visual” learner. Bernat yarn is my go-to yarn & I think my usual stitch is the “half double crochet” as you are using in this pattern, would love to try new stitch styles. I’ll be following and watching more of your videos!
Love this. I have some yarn that is a little fatter I think but fuzzy soft like this. I think I will finally use it with this pattern. Thank you for the tutorial. Very nice❤️✅️👋
👋 Glenda and Cody! I love this crunch stitch. Unable to work with blanket yarn but already pulling skeins for my next boggy creek blanket. This should work up quick and look great in a varigated colorway. Thanks a bunch! 🐝 🫶
Hi Glenda how are you doing today iam doing fine today your blanket are very beautiful colors and very beautiful work iam working on hippy dippy hat stay safe ❤❤❤
Hi..always love your videos. Looks pretty. Wow, Cody does a great job and with your border makes it perfect! Nice yarn and design. That could also be a good pattern for a throw for the couch perhaps, just a different yarn. Humm, maybe a Premier Puzzle?? Have you made this blanket pattern with thinner yarn so I i could see the stitches easier? Thanks for sharing.😉
yes you can use a thinner yarn just make your starting chain to desired width using the stitch multiple in the video then work to desired length. Border will work on any size blanket
If you want the same size as hers the rows may vary due to tension differences so personally I would just measure as I went along and finish when it's a couple inches short of the dimensions she stated if you're planning on adding the border like she did
Hey guys. Love this blanket!!!!! I had a question...I know you're busy, but do you think one day you can do a crochet tutorial for a shadowbox blanket....any size? I've seen it done in knit, and I'm only crocheting since April and the bug just won't leave 😂.
This blanket is awesome and fuzzy! Remember to drop a like on the video :) See ya next time!
It's beautiful, Cody! Would you please tell us what stitch that you used? I don't recognize it. Thanks in advance, MaryAnne

So beautiful. You and Cody did a great job on this one. I love watching the two of you together.
Lovely. What a great blanket, so easy with Grandma's detailed instructions. Thanks for a good idea for blanket.
I LOVE that color way - I’ve made two blankets in it for my two littles in the past year. Thanks for another lovely tutorial!!
Thank you Glenda. Everyone crochet’s baby blankets, however your followers need blankets made for their children or grandchildren in larger sizes. I truly appreciate this video and haven’t watched it yet.
I will consider this for a future project. Do you have a certain age group are are talking about maybe 4-6 years old??? or older??

There are also tons of beautiful afghans in her Playlist. I absolutely love watching them!
I have made several blankets for my grandchildren in several of Glenda's tutorials you just have to follow her instructions for the stitch multiples❤
Thank you, creative grandma, for sharing this tutorial. Cody, you did a beautiful job on your blanket. I love it🤗

Hi Glenda how are you doing today iam doing fine today your blanket are very beautiful colors and very beautiful work iam working on hippy dippy hat stay safe ❤❤❤
I love the texture of this yarn. I have trouble using it though because it hurts my wrist.
I think this pattern is great. I don't like to use Bernet Blanket Yarn. can this be done in a 4 weight yarn?
Yes it can you just have to increase your starting chain
Very pretty
Beautiful ❤
thank you glenda is beautiful 🩷🩷🩷
got to try this
Could I make this with the 4 ply yarn? Thank you 🙏.
I was wondering the same thing😂
you will have to make the starting chain longer if you want to make it with a 4 weight yarn but yes it should still look nice
yes, make your starting chain wider and work to desired length, border will work on any size blanket
Sirins crochet has one on her channel. It’s pink using a 4 weight yarn and a 7mm hook. I made one and it came out awesome.

So squishy ❤
I comment as I watch. Can you please create a pattern for older children in a #4 wgt yarn . I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you
How many rows ? Does this make big like yours Glenda love it
If you want the same size as hers the rows may vary due to tension differences so personally I would just measure as I went along and finish when it's a couple inches short of the dimensions she stated if you're planning on adding the border like she did

Not sure what a shadow box blanket is do you have a photo you can send me send to designr22@aol.com so I have an idea what it is
Kid blankets are cool but how about the "comfort for critters" charity? Your swatches could comfort animals. 👍
I don't know how to find the winner of the give away
Soooo cute 🩷🤍🩵
Ty for showing us how this yarn works up. It is very deceiving, it being called baby blanket.
I agree it should not be called baby yarn
That taught me nothing...what did I miss
