A Cozy Night in my Stone House, Octopus Baked in an Outdoor Oven

Hello everyone! In this video, I decided to spend a few days at my stone house to mow the yard, water the fruit trees, and arrange the garden. Along the way, I will teach you how to prepare octopus in a traditional way using a metal oven over an open fire. It's an excellent dish that I highly recommend you try. For this recipe, I decided to add a few legs of giant squid because I like them, but you don't need to add them if you don't want to.
Ingredients you need to prepare this dish:
- 2 kilograms of cleaned octopus
-2.5 kilograms of potatoes
- 4 onions
-4 large carrots
- head of garlic
-200 milliliters of white wine
-olive oil
-2 slices of bacon
- salt and pepper

Oh stop. My sister's kids fix things all the time when they break. They use TH-cam and other technology to learn how. My nephew's RC car broke the other day and he spent 3 hours researching how it was built, and then repaired it himself with a few tools. I myself as a millennial fixed my washing machine with a youtube video when the water inlet broke off. My husband, another millennial, is a UPS driver and works harder every day than many people from older generations ever have. There will always be lazy people and non lazy people. Many of us, especially in the USA don't have the funds to NOT fix things when they break.

Okay, I give in. I can have two favorite builds can't I? I couldn't decide between the stone house and the cliff build. I love them both! The serenity of the stone house with the hedge and fruit trees. The inside is so very comforting and just perfect!! The cliff build has that breath taking view from the balcony with an oven to beat all ovens!! I am in awe of both! I am so glad you choose to go back to some of the older builds to check them out. It's nice to see the hedge and some of the trees are growing quite well. Another great video, Luxon.

The yard grows very green in your climate, and how swiftly those ferns took over! But you had the place sharp in no time. Nice to see the hydrangeas thriving, can't wait to see the fruit trees in bloom; the air will soon smell sweet in season. É tão bom ter acompanhado toda a reforma desta cabana. Lembro de quando havia muito mato, de quando limpou a casa, quando houve a demolicao das partes inserviveis 😅 e me lembro do telhado coberto de neve no inverno. Such a transformation! The perfect spot to enjoy fine dining and soaking in the glorious atmosphere. You are an artist in all you prepare.
The yard/garden looked well kept after you mowed ferns do grow quite quickly.. The meal you made looked tasty and healthy. A rustic fruit galette would be a great accompaniment and it can bake either before or after your main entree. I use a prepared 9 inch refrigerated pie crust on parchment. 2-3 cups fresh fruit (nectarine is my favorite), mixed with 2 Tablespoons of sugar, and 1 Tablespoon cornstarch. Strain off extra juice. place in center of crust and fold up edges. Brush crust with 1 beaten egg and sprinkle lightly with sugar. Bake in hot oven @220 C. for 15 -20 minutes. You can add spices to the filling: cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, etc. depending on which fruit you use. (Strawberry-Rhubarb is good too.) Hmmm, I think your meal made me hungry.
