This is a very skilled and kind man who not only very skillfully builds a well designed shelter and also builds a bird feeder and feeds the birds. Then he also prepares and cooks a very delicious looking meal. Any person who can shave the bark off of a tree limb with an ax is also someone not to ignore. He can probably also shave with that ax. He's Renaissance man.
This is definitely a next-level piece of craftsmanship. Not every one of these homemade cabins in the woods uses insulation like he did. This cabin is really waterproof and windproof. Come cold-weather season, he's going to be nice and toasty in there. I like how he used real windows, too. My one tiny criticism -- and it's a small one -- is the door. I don't like how that insulation sheet is exposed. I was expecting him to put a little insulation layer in front of it, and then hammer some wood over that. The exposed sheet looks like it could easily be ripped or torn. But all in all, this is probably my favorite homemade cabin thus far. 👍😃

最近日本では、木曽建築はあまり見なくなりましたが、日本建築の梁は、太い木が使われ１００年経ってもびくともしない木が使われていました。 昔の家は、囲炉裏が有り天井は竹が使われていた為燻された天井の竹はまるで黒竹のような色になり、高値で取引されています。 捨てる事は簡単ですが、もう一度製材すれば使える材木が多いです。 家を建てる為伐採された木を、要らないから捨てるのではなく もう一度命を吹き込む再利用は、素晴らしいと思います。 また見せてくださいね！ ご苦労様でした❤❤
