@@anchalchronicles Imagine the ruling party helped a certain company run its business and is expecting it to donate now but the company decides to donate for another party. Now if the ruling party wins anyway, it will have ED or CBI, etc under its control and now victimise the company according to its will. Assume that person X is donating to a political party A which is in opposition, now ruling party got information about this. don't you think person X will be in trouble as he went against ruling party. for more clarity : There are two lions (Political parties), both are hungry and there is one deer (Donor). now for their survival they will fight with each other.
@@rohitchawla6878 yeah you're absolutely right here. But that's not the gist of DEMOCRACY here. Let me also give you an example. When we were in school, teacher used to select the class monitors based on the qualities of each student. And whatever was the decision or choice of teacher that was respected by everyone. All the other student who were in the line for the monitorship didn't revolted or victimised the teacher. i hope you are getting this example.. same way i think no political parties have ( by moral and legitimate means) any..any right to victimised or to the least even pin point the donor if the bonds are not in their favour.

@@anchalchronicles Imagine the ruling party helped a certain company run its business and is expecting it to donate now but the company decides to donate for another party. Now if the ruling party wins anyway, it will have ED or CBI, etc under its control and now victimise the company according to its will. but how come the Bond bearer or corporate be victimised?
I mean at the end it was the CHOICE of those Corporates to which political party they want to donate?
So, Why would any other parties will have problem from that?

Assume that person X is donating to a political party A which is in opposition, now ruling party got information about this. don't you think person X will be in trouble as he went against ruling party.
for more clarity :
There are two lions (Political parties), both are hungry and there is one deer (Donor). now for their survival they will fight with each other.

But that's not the gist of DEMOCRACY here.
Let me also give you an example.
When we were in school, teacher used to select the class monitors based on the qualities of each student. And whatever was the decision or choice of teacher that was respected by everyone.
All the other student who were in the line for the monitorship didn't revolted or victimised the teacher.
i hope you are getting this example..
same way i think no political parties have ( by moral and legitimate means) any..any right to victimised or to the least even pin point the donor if the bonds are not in their favour.

sir when you said that the article 21 cannot be enforced aganist individuals but the department of economic affairs said that they want to protect donors from the vicitimization form the government of the day, which means that their ARTICLE 21 is enforced not aganist individuals but aganist state itself i.e., the government of the day.
