Gboma Tadi is a native traditional stew popular amongst the ewe tribe of Ghana and part of Togo with it's main ingredient being the Water leaf also known as Yevu Gboma by the ewe tribe and Borkorborkor by some other tribes in Ghana.
Water leaves are rich in Vitamin E, C,Omega 3 fatty acids, low in calories, high in fibre and are great antioxidants
This dish is rich in flavor and extremely delicious. It can be paired with a variety of dishes like rice, yam,akple,yake yake,abolo e.t.c
Ingredients
Waterleaf
Palm oil
Onion, ginger, garlic
Pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste
Curry,seasoning cube
Cow intestine
Chicken
Cured beef(momone)
Crabs
Clams (Adodi)
