I love this leaves a lot. We call it B)k)b)k). I Mum used to prepare this stew. I enjoy it with Yam
Another name for the leaves is b)k)b)k) and before u prepare the soup or stew the leaves is dried in the sun for a day or two so it becomes a bit dry and also prevent the stew from becoming too slimmy.I really like the way u are open to trying out new foods kudos to you

Local indeed! Eiii! Sindaco, you helped in setting the fire! That's great! Blowing the fire with your mouth. I remember when I was young, anytime I finished doing that, I began to feel dizzy. My oh my! The stew is rich. Yes, every veggy has an amount of water in it, so don't be surprised she boiled the leaves without adding water. Tnx for sharing!
Yes after blowing the air , you kinda feel dizzy 😁😁🤣😁
This Stew is my favorite n i like it with gari

น่ากินอ่ะ🤤🤤🤤
Everything is natural, even the fire itself. Sindaco, please don't eat all my Keta food.
🤣🤩👍
It looks like kontomire stew..gboma taste good and I use it for my okro soup.
Please this leaves cannot be used for okro.
Any reason why she can't use it for okro soup/stew
Man, I am a Voltarian. That recipe is called "Yevu Gbomaa Tadii" not Gbomaa Tadii. Gbomaa Tadii is also a different recipe on it own. Your contents are amazing keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching Bright. I appreciate
@@cookingwithsindaco all the best bro
The difference?
@@achillesglacia7700 Yevu gbomaa is different from Gbomaa. Gbomaa is spinach and Yevu gbomaa I don't know the name of it in English.
I can taste this meal through the phone😂
Life in the village is awesome, peace of mind, healthy dishes and so much joy and happiness 😁😁. If you don’t hit the ladle to the pan the food no go taste good 😂😂😊✌🏽
Exactly 💯 you have to hit the pot with the ladle 🤣🤣🤣😁😁 tradition goes on
