Welcoming 2023 in Monaco by walking a long St. Roman the border of Monaco and France ( Roquebrune ) to Tour Odeon building where the most expensive apartment is located.
Saturday early morning walk is a bit calm than usual. In this video you can see some of the latest buildings and apartments that are being constructed a long St. Roman. Towering and state of the art modern buildings.
