The principality Monaco got his name from the Greeks, as they settled down there in 608, they called the fisher village ,,Monoicos“ ….and as they explored the Côte d’Azur they settled down in nice as well, what they called ,,nikaia“.. I wish everyone a beautiful day 😊
It's interesting to see Ryan's reaction when he heard 6% tax on property. I am a property agent in Singapore, when foreigner buy a property in Singapore, they have to pay 60% tax (stamp duty)!!
It's one time 6% property tax on purchase only. There is no yearly property tax. So 6% is nothing if you plan to keep that property long term. There is yearly property tax you rent out your property which is 1% of an assessed rental rate.
Ryan - You never fail to deliver. Your content is always authentic and educational. It’s difficult to find that on any platform, especially from such a humble and genuine person like yourself. You are truly making a positive impact on the world. Much appreciated.
Overall, 51% of traders think this year would favor stocks, mutual funds, and other equity-based investments, despite Treasury yields and other safer cash-like investments paying big. I’m looking for opportunities in the market that could fetch me $1m ahead of retirement by 2025

I'm a British citizen. Since I started trading with Mr. David Ramsey a year ago, he has shown to be the best and most reliable broker. I heartily advise him.
The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich " . These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
It is remarkable how much long term advantage people like us have gotten by trying to be consistently not stupid, instead of trying to be very intelligent.
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different streams of income that doesn't depend on government paycheck, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
Many individuals report success in investing in stocks, forex, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin), yet I continue to struggle. Can somebody help me out or advise me on what to do?
Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
How is Monaco the richest country in the world? First, Monaco created the first legal casino in Europe. Second, they eliminated capital gain and income tax, which it made it a tax haven for the ultra-wealthy. Finally, Monaco is located in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Arguably, Monaco is the greatest country on the planet.
I had problem comprehending trading in general. I tried watching other TH-cam trading channels, but they made the concepts more complicated. I was almost giving up until when i discovered content and explain everything in detail. The videos are easy to follow
I've been making a lot of looses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.
I was fortunate to first live in Monaco just when they first started developing Fontvieille. The Monegasque are genuinely really great. Later I also spent time living in Singapore, which is a very different but definitely a fantastic place. Having certain traits being very much in common with Monaco.
I began my investment journey at the age of 38, primary through hard work and dedication. now at the age of 42,I'm thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time.this success reinforces the important of the advices mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth but rather ensuring long term financial prosperity.
Through closely monitoring performance of the portfolio, I've witnessed a remarkable growth of $483k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on experience traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets it's safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I've made recently

Everyone need more than their salary to be financially stable. The best thing to do with your money is invest it rightly because money left for saving alway end up used with no return.
It's always better to have a financial plan. Working with a licensed Financial adviser/Manager is a good step to financial stability. The fixed income portion of your portfolio won't simply serve as a buffer to the volatility of the equity portion of your portfolio, but will provide legitimate income.

I apologize for late reply sweetie 🥰, I used the FIRE movement to put my finances in order. Then Invested in stocks, cryбtocurencies and reel estate though the assistance of an Investment Pro who helped me make it this big😇
One lesson I've learnt from billionaires is to always put your money to work, and diversifying your investments. I'm planning to invest about $30k of my savings in stocks this year, and I hope I make profits.
You are right. The best approach I feel is to diversify investments- by spreading investments across different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
That makes sense. I’ve been using a financial market expert for two years now and I own a six-figure diversified portfolio from investing in stocks. I want to diversify more this year, though.
I really want to get in with a financial advisor this year, especially as all markets are hitting highs. I don't want to be too optimistic and end up losing everything.
There are many independent advisors to choose from. But I work with Monica Shawn Marti and we've been working together for almost four years and she's fantastic. You could pursue her if she meets your requirements. I agree with her.
Thank you so much for your helpful tip! I was able to verify the person and book a call session with her. She seems very proficient and I'm really grateful for your guidance
When this country and the rich people who come here forget and don't honor God for their accomplishes and wealth, one day God will remind them and this place that everything belongs to HIM.
I have been to Monaco a few times because I was influenced as a child by the Cary Grant + Grace Kelly film To Catch A Thief . It is a strange feeling walking around this little principality day and night feeling safe all the time. The real charm to me was the old town where the palace is located. A great place to have a meal. The Musée océanographique de Monaco was a highlight attraction.
Well Soviet style they are not but the majority was indeed built in the '60s and '70s. Though these days there is construction everywhere to build new residences while the old ones are starting to disappear. Doesn't mean they are any cheaper than the new ones but the older ones usually have more space for the same amount of rent.
Wow I' m just shock someone mentioned expert Mrs Clarissa I thought I'm the only one trading with her She helped me recover what I lost trying to trade my self..

Lol indeed this guy.....that real estate guy really thinks people are dumb. Ofcourse by far the biggest reason people live in Monaco is because it's a tax haven. There is also no wealth tax and no heritage / gift tax if u are a spouse or child of the deceased.
@@peakyblinder9194 Yet we pay one of the highest VAT rates in Europe, our corporation tax is higher than Germany's, we pay stamp duty, transaction tax, property tax. Almost no country in Europe has wealth tax, and here the prices for residences is a quasi tax (well, for some) and the fact that sometimes you pay insane prices for mediocre products and service. But I guess that happens everywhere where money gathers.
We have a place right near the beach, we pay tax, In South Africa, no traffic, the property is cheaper than most places in the world we have an insane view, no rat race! and lots of peace!

Why would you expect all that from a luxury property agent? If you want a travel guide video - perhaps look at channels which produce that kind of content. Not that hard to do, even for you.
I spent a Lot of time in Monte Carlo, its Beautiful! Stayed w, friends and at Hotel De Paris, had lunches at Cafe De Paris, played at the Casino. One great Restaurant to try is, Cafe Romantica...❤
I'm here now! I agree with Ryan, one wants to be around people of similar socio economic means. There is a commonality of residents (non Monegasque) knowing that most people you meet have been pre vetted. It's kind of like a country club feeling. Yes the tax benefits are great but having to be here physically for 6 months minimum a year can actually be tough if you have to travel for business. But it's great.
Please describe. And how does one avail oneself of that? Is it that one has surplus so one can help people because one knows it comes back in spades later and if it doesnt that is ok too? Btw. Please ask the rich guys how one cultivates motovation
@@snorttroll4379 Their motivation is to stay rich. Stay in Monaco, if you like. But I agree with you. For me to be wealthy means you must do something for others with your means.
I once stayed at an AirBNB in there where one exit of the building lead you into Monaco, and the other exit of the building lead you into Monton, France haha tbh, it's kinda boring there but nice to go every once in a while
I´ve been in Monaco last year and it´s truly something else, not only the quality of life but I felt a big civic spirit, which is rather difficult to find in south of Europe (Portugal is where i come from). I was also astonished to find so many places where you could eat a quality meal for 20€!! Even gas is cheapear in Monaco, at least compared with Portugal. Did you got to see the Prince´s Car Collection?

How is there no crime? With that many rich people in one place you would think that is where criminals would go. Look at the Miami F1 race. Always hear about millions in watches go missing during that event.
There’s cameras everywhere… just a fantastic place. We left our convertible in a valet parking spot open and a lot of camera equipment on the back seat. Three hour lunch, returned and everything was fine… it’s just a great place full of polite people!
If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You most look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
Monaco is amazing. No one is living below the poverty line. There is no slum area in Monaco. The Monagasques can get rent subsidies if needs be and they get preferential employment treatment. That is thanks to Prince Albert who runs this country really well for not just the rich but for everyone. I'm surprised Ryan didn't mention the new $ 2.3 billion real estate development currently under construction called Maraterra. It is expected to be completed in 2025 and will have 1000 units which I believe are now all bought from the blueprints. Thanks for the video. P.S., You didn't just get off a plane because there are no airports in Monaco. You may have just gotten off an helicopter that brought you in from Nice where they do have an airport.
I have a good friend who is a billionaire and they own a home in Bermuda. They are not alone. You may want to explore that spot next. Thanks for the excellent and valuable content, Ryan!
I lived one mile from Monaco for 14 years . I would never ever move in that place even if you gave me a new home or condo I would not accept it. There are so many more beautiful places to live , there you live surrounded by buildings and you never get to see the sun. I hated going there , you need to be crazy to live there
Ok so you basically couldn't afford to live in Monaco and lived in Beausoleil instead (very telling already), but seemingly couldn't be any more jealous of the people who made it. Oh there are definitely nicer places, but I have plenty of sun at home or when I walk around. So come off your tiny horse and stop being a drama queen.
Spain doesn't offer the tax advantages that Monaco does and Spain is not safe either; often dirty so not really enjoyable to be rich living in a socialist country

I think when they say there is 1 millionaire on 3 inhabitant it's because in monaco nearly everyone is landlord and the appartments are all verry expensive but in fact there is not > 1 million in their bank account. Also there is no inheritance tax for children so the money remains between generations.
According to the International Monetary Fund’s data for April 2023, Ireland is the richest country in the world, followed by Luxembourg and Singapore. Monaco is not mentioned in the top 15 richest countries in the world in 2023. However, it is important to note that there are different ways to measure a country’s wealth, and different sources may provide different rankings. For example, according to USA Today, the United States is the richest country in the world with the highest GDP as of 2021. Monaco is mentioned as the richest country in the world when measured by GDP per capita. So, it depends on how you define “richest” and what metrics you use to measure it.
GDP is not a measure of “wealth” or "being rich" at all. It is a measure of income that does not include expenditure or debt. It is a backward-looking “flow” measure that tells you the value of goods and services produced in a given period in the past. It tells you nothing about whether you can produce the same amount again next year. For that, you need a balance sheet - a measure of wealth. Companies have balance sheets as well as income statements. Nations don’t.
God I’d be embarrassed to even post this. Why would you want to make yourself look like a fool? It doesn’t “depend” on how you define richest, GDP doesn’t measure wealth 🤦🏼♂️

It surprises me that the residency of Monaco seems quite easy to obtain by the rich (UK previously needs 2M investment and AU needs 5M). I had initially thought that residency rights in these super rich countries would be very difficult to get, just like Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Yes it's extremely easy. It can take 15 days unlike the one in the USA that you will never get anyway unless you get married to a US citizen or Canada or any other country for that matter. Plus Monaco is not xenophobic like those Canada who bans foreign buyers from buying in their country. Monaco is a very business friendly country and extremely safe and welcoming to everybody.

60% tax lol

How is Monaco the richest country in the world? First, Monaco created the first legal casino in Europe. Second, they eliminated capital gain and income tax, which it made it a tax haven for the ultra-wealthy. Finally, Monaco is located in one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Arguably, Monaco is the greatest country on the planet.

I will advise you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.
If you can, then get a professional to trade for you i think that way your assets are more secure

@@bambam82914 If that was the only thing you get with all the explanation then yes you dumb af. You need me to explain why I put "depends"... 🥴

Why Monaco is the World’s RICHEST Country? Well, it isn't. Just because many rich people live in Monaco, it doesn't make the country, the richest COUNTRY in the World. It is very naive to see it that way.
The World Bank says you have not the slightest clue what you are talking about. Monaco has a GDP per capita of USD 235'000, higher than ANY country in the world. one would think that in the ages of the internet, even you could spend mer seconds to verify whether what you "think" corresponds in any way with reality. A guy in YOUR age category most definitely should know better....
@@Mazeboxx Who is the No 1 richest country in the world?
In terms of GDP ranking and total wealth, America is the richest nation in the world. The United States GDP is $25.46 trillion, and overall net worth is $145.8 trillion. America has been the world's richest nation for over 60 years.
GDP per capita has nothing to do with it. Get educated before you correct somebody. If the title stated ´Why, Monaco has the highest GDP per capita, that would be a different story, but as it is, it's simply a mistake. We will see if you are a man enough to admit you're wrong ;-)
@@johnrynkiewicz1607 That indeed is how "rich" is calculated you imbicile. God I LOVE people like you who dig their grave with their own argument. Would the "wealth of a nation" be divided by its citizens, we would end up USD 235'000 to USD 70'000. And since we are already talking about "rich" the US is in debt by 121% of GDP 🤣🤣🤣 now go back and fetch a bone
@@Mazeboxx That's what I thought. You are just another ignorant kid. Lots of hot air and no substance. Do your homework next time, before you attack other people.
@@johnrynkiewicz1607 God you really need to read a book. Just another sad little man you are. GDP is not a measure of “wealth” at all. It is a measure of income, which doesn't include expenditure or debt.
Great video Ryan! Would be great to see a similar one about Gibraltar 🇬🇮. Another tiny country on the Med where the Real Estate sector is booming!
Gibraltar es una colonia británica en territorio español Con resolución de la ONU para descolonizar desde 1968,y pronto empezará su partida de territorio nacional español,

More so, I am surprised to see you are not only sophisticated and knowledgeable, but witty and “down to earth”.
This is a brilliant tour of a “tiny” , but Regal, Wealthy and Safe country! Keep up the good work.
Look forward to more from you.
Singapore!
Interesting!
Anna Maria Island, Florida. I met a guy who says:
" I've been to every island in the world, I even own a few, this is my favorite island."
It was mine too. I lived there for four years.
Despite the economic crisis, I still thank you 🙏 for the level-headed financial advice. I started stock and crypto investment with $4,345 and since following you for few weeks now, I’ve gotten $12,539 in my portfolio

I’ve been to Monaco, can’t say I was a fan. The people are snobs and the city itself isn’t that amazing. I found it to be boring.
Their aquarium was really cool though!
💥 There is no Central Bank Regulations or overseen in Monaco so basically a bunch of dirty money can be filtered & moved around with the right people with no qestions being asked!! 🤐 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
God, you really have no idea what you are talking about. Financial oversight of Monaco is actually handled by France, who are extremely keen to not let Monaco do whatever it wants financially. Just to open up a normal bank account can take months, and the questions being asked are almost out of this world pertaining to past income. Embarrassing you'd even post this bs.
This is called a "Principauté" Ryan not a "country". Indeed Monaco is a small wealthy place.
Pour anglais, c'est 'Principality'.
@@sirrobinofloxley7156 yep:)
The Principality of Monaco is a country.
We are a country. The UK is a kingdom and a country, we are a principality and a country. Not that hard to get one's head around.
