This new series is honestly such good content!
Perfect time format, each video gives a very insightful tip, and each tip is honestly pretty obscure, at least I never heard other chess streamers even mention them, and I've watched a lot of hours of chess streams.
It's even better than most paid courses, but it's for free, and not even an annoying sponsor announcement for a dumb VPN app or a mobile game.

This is a great series! All of the advice is so simplistic and so easily adoptable, but not really in the (my) thought patteens. Please keep this up!!

If you lost a bishop ,give up the 2nd one too
Either it's bishop pair or nothing

Really great series. There is a lot of beginner (sub 1300 maybe) content on youtube but not nearly as much content for the intermediate or improving player. Thank you for doing this. :)

Hey coach could you possibly add some description to the titles rather than Episode 1, 2, 3 etc
This will help for review purposes.
    Thanks ahead.

Been looking for this sort of content. Principles instead of rote moves. The majority of us don't play at the GM level and never will, nor will we take up serious tournament chess. The people we play against aren't making the optimum moves all the time, thus nullifying what could have been hours of study. That's so incredibly frustrating!
Traditional chess instruction leads to this sort of inefficient method of improvement for beginners and intermediate players, and even experts who aren't necessarily interested in going for a title. This sort of instruction is much, much more valuable for the majority of players.

Tyvm… great stuff in this series already!
Future request - when a tip is good for most situations it’d be valuable to see a couple of counter examples when it’s not a good idea (excluding unrelated threats or blunders that have nothing to do with the tip itself).

Quick question, does it matter if it's an open vs closed position? I feel like you had mostly examples from more closed positions in this video.

Bishops do better as the board opens up, so should you refrain from munching their pawns?
