    This reminds me of one I use to make in a fine dining restaurant and couldn’t remember the recipe. 😍 Making this for Christmas and Boxing Day for friends and family, wish me luck :D

    This looks incredible! Living in the USA we don’t have many chutneys. I am wondering if you would please share your recipe for the chutney you are serving with the liver parfait? I am so interested in this. I imagine it has a tangy flavor but really, I have nothing to base this on. 😂

    Can I replace the port with something non alcaholic?

      Yes you could skip the whole reduction part and replace it with a spoonful of cranberry sauce or red current jelly. Hope this helps
