If you stuff the chicken with them, how long do you cook the chicken for?
Weigh the stuffed chicken and then cook it for 20 minutes for every 500g and then add an extra 20 minutes on to that cooking time.

I tend to use left over pastry and form it into a lump of ball and gently push into those corners its guarantee perfect shape. Handy work from Mr Ramsey. Hi I think you’re mixing up Celsius and Fahrenheit. In the recipe I’m referring to 72 degrees Celsius. 72.C is around 162.F

Once cool, keep them in an airtight container. They will stay crisp for a long time.
