But since its a short, some important info is excluded- So here are just 4 tips that are a must-know when baking a cheesecake: 1.water bath is super important! Its so the cake evenly bakes. 2. (Also, i think 7 spoons of sugar are a bit too much, especially if the yogurt is sweetend). Anyways, I like how Instead of mixing a lot of different cheeses, its just vanilla yogurt. Cheap and easy. C: I added vanilla extracr because i was scared the vanilla yogurt might not be enough to mask the eggs, and in hindsight i should have added lemon zest (because i can't stand the taste of eggs and it tastes like eggs), but overall It tastes pretty nice!

But the egg whites are still an independent ingredient since it is mandatory to add them, when you say ADD it means another ingredient even though it comes from the same main ingredient because of its different properties, just like when you say : add fat to meat cubes
Finally a video that accurately describes the ingredients needed! If you’re being suuuuper picky it’s 5 with the powdered sugar but it’s so refreshing compared to others that claim 3-5 ingredient recipes and use 7+😂

I always buy this at my local supermarket! But it is mixed with a chocolate version like some sections are chocolate and some not and it’s sprinkled with some coconut shaves on top and I love it!

Sometimes this can happen, if the egg is to cold, the bowl hasn’t the correct shape or the room temperature was to warm. Eggs are weird… there appears no rule to them… but you can buy something to stiff the egg white. In Germany we call it “Sahnesteif”.
I just made this with GF flour (Bobs red mill 1 to 1) and it turned out awesome! I also didn’t have enough vanilla yogurt so I wound up using half a cup of vanilla and half a cup of raspberry Oui yogurt and it came out super yummy! Think I’ll stick with just vanilla next time but using a fruity yogurt def adds a fun twist. I topped with powdered sugar but it still needed something so I made some whipped cream as a topping and Oooommmmmgggg DELISH!
