Great film. 👍

I think Paxton would have been a better choice, but its worth noting he made a great comic character in John Garret in the MCU.

imagine if Disney had acquired the rights to Darkman and wanted to transform it into a lighthearted yet tragic Broadway musical....(shudders)

The best thing about Dark man, is it's so old, most people alive today, have never heard of it, or have completely forgotten about it.

    Comedian Paul Mooney once decried:
“I went to see a movie called Darkman, and was disappointed to see that Darkman was WHITE! Now, I can’t be Superman, I can’t be Batman, but got damn it I AM DARKMAN.”

*_Darkman is not only a great and underrated movie, it is also the prototype for Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man: Not only is the styles identical but some elements, such as Peyton fretting his head smashed through multiple glass panes is replicated in Spider-Man when the robber who is thought to have killed uncle Ben is caught by Spider-Man_*
