@@CB.LasVegas since 2018 we bought in Park Beazer after KB put us in a lottery .. and this was back in 2018. Couldn’t wait ….market back then I felt was too hot. Park Beazer is gated and I was surprised there were lots available. Funny thing though we got the call a few weeks later from KB we won the lottery for a lot. But sadly we declined should’ve not put us in a lottery.

That’s tough I’m not a fan of lottery’s because I don’t think they are fairly done but that’s my opinion!

Love the concept they are building this will hands down be the greatest development in Henderson with the addition of high rises!
I like single family homes with a garage. Prefer no gate. Like the views. Is Henderson closer to the strip then summerlin? Which do u like better?
I like them both ! Summerlin is about 25 mins away and Henderson 20
@CB.LasVegas good stuff. Both not too far from the strip. I bet it's cheaper living out in either area compared to the strip.
I would easily say A. Kitchen. When someone walks into a home a see a new kitchen you can see a womans face light up. Then I would say Flooring. IDK
