And although new construction does have HOA’s it is not specific to only these types of homes. HOA can be found in non new construction communities. But you are totally right about the approvals needed!
Hey Chris, I was curious if Nevada is ADU friendly like CA? Any homeowner can put one in their backyard now. Or even sale the backyard and someone else can build one.
@CB.LasVegas Oh that's good to know. Just in case we can't find exactly what we need. My daughter wants to live in the nextgen, she lived in SKorea for awhile and now she doesn't like alot of unnecessary space.

Yes! We can have adu’s built in Las Vegas . This used to be illegal but times have changed!

Next gen suites are the new wave in building. Plenty of options here in vegas
