INS Vikrant was commissioned by the Prime Minister of India recently. This Indigenously built aircraft carrier is the first of its kind and the largest ship ever built in India. This video goes through some commonly known facts about INS Vikrant. The second part of this video explains the concept of aircraft carriers. The need for aircraft carriers, the different types of aircraft carriers like the STOVL, STOBAR, CATOBAR and the latest EMAL etc. Each and every type of aircraft carrier and its working is explained in this video.

ആ കപ്പൽ മ്യൂസിയമായി നിലനിർത്തിയാൽ വളരെയധികം
ചെലവ് വേണ്ടിവരും
അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് അത് പൊളിക്കാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചു.
നന്നായിട്ടുണ്ട്.. പക്ഷേ INS വിരാടിനെ പരാമര്‍ശിക്കാതിരുന്നതെന്തേ?
I am lucky enough to visit two Aircraft carriers.
One is our old INS VIKRANT
and the other one is
USS INTREPID docked at NEW YORK and currently serving as museum along with a submarine and
with so many modern and old air crafts. At one end of the
INTREPID is parking the space craft USS ENTERPRISE
(that participated in several space missions). Also I am lucky to visit the NASA museum at Washington DC
where displays lots of air crafts hanging out and war heads ,first air craft used by wright brothers,space suit used by appolo astronauts plus’ a lot more. It’s a beautiful wonderful experience in my life. ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️👍🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
