You could occasionally do this and call it "Gelling With Joy" so easy a child can do it! His prints are adorable. The iridescent colors yield beautiful results. ❤
Christy, I enjoyed watching your fun session even two times for the details. I totally agree with you about kids and their colors of choice. The same happened when my grandson was 4 and I let him pick the colors for acrylic pouring.🌹❤️
It is always fun to print with him. The time is always special and I’m always delighted when he wants to art with me. I should post the video of him printing because he had his own ideas and was very independent in his choices. It was fun.
Hi Christy! I appreciate this session very much. I've been working on a project with specific colors and shapes and I'm SO BORED with it but the printing is only 1/3 of the project. I'm printing on 24"x36" paper, 4 sheets, and then I'm going to cut it and fold it. This reminded me of how much I need to play with art not just make art with purpose. I need to free my spirit. I look forward to getting back to abandon. Uggh. It will be 2 weeks before I can get there. Thank your grandson, thank you for sharing your process. I see joy.
@@jennifersdoglife this comment absolutely made my day. I understand the feeling about being focused on the task at hand that you forget what you love about making art. It is a struggle. OMG printing on 24x36” paper. Holy cow , you are brave. I want to see the resulting project. You are my hero!

@@EddieMakesArt ahhh thank you. Your comment will make his day.
What a fun and productive session. I adore the prints! I especially appreciate the use of simple stencils to show off the colors.
Thank you. It was fun and I need to do more of it. lol. I think I forget how much fun it is to just print without any sort of plan.
Really pretty prints Christy!! Sounds like you had a wonderful time with your grandson. ❤
Thank you. It is always fun to spend time with him doing art. We don’t get to do it very often.
