I appreciate your report. In the description you can check the size of the land (5125m2), and the size of the buildings. It’s also mentioned that the buildings are for agriculture support and they registered. So it’s a rustic land and no urban registration there. About the amenities you’re right, we didn’t mentioned. The nearest village is Póvoa Rio de Moinhos, just a 2 kms away and you have there 2 or 3 local shops and restaurant. In the town of Alcains (4kms away) you have more different kind or shops and services and in the city of Castelo Branco (10kms) you have all kind of shops/services, hospital and schools.

And you can't recover an exisiting building with a rural license and llive in it. You should know and not try to mislead paople.

Land is permitted for residential / habitable or purely agricultural only?
You can live there, and renovate the existing buildings, or put a mobile structure on that land.

You can’t built on that land, but you can recover the existing buildings. And if you decide to live there it’s ok.
