    Why are you selling it to the English? Can't you speak Portuguese and TH-cam translates it? Also, can you pinpoint other major towns, cities like Coimbra, Viseu, Lousa and how far from Spain!       Thanks for your opinion. Usually it’s better listening instead reading the subtitles, and sometimes the translation is not the best/perfect. That is why we usually have videos in different languages. Of course we can pinpoint other cities or towns, but it will impossible identify all, and the ones that everyone have interest. That is why we put the map with the location, and then everyone can search the distances to different cities or towns. We will try to improve for future videos. Thanks!

    It was a very confusing viewing. I think the confusion is not due to the man behind the video, but the house itself. A real big house with tons of possibilities. Most of all I liked that there is a kitchen, there is a bathroom, even though both need upgrading, but if they work as they are today, then it will be possible to move in, start room by room and create a fantastic home or place, depending on what use you want. The backyard can be a fun project when you need a break from being inside, create a miniature oasis with a small splash pool and seating area. Combine all this with a small plot of land outside the village to grow some food, and life takes on new meaning

    Agriculture property, orange trees, a lot of water, Mata a beautiful village but very dry, no water at all in bigining of the summer. Try to empty a well and you will see if you have water again!!! 27.000 for a piece of nothing, that's what is happening now in Portugal, prices for foreigners and explanation of property for stupid people.     I got quite excited about this property, the house and the storage areas were almost perfect for me and my dog family, sitting on a national road is not perfect but it's a possible compromise. There is no mention if the property is fenced or not, if not that would be a big extra expense, to make the land secure for my dogs etc . But could one even fence it in ???? Not only is it a really confusingly shaped land area, but unless I totally misunderstood the land is intersected with tracks which the neighbours have rights of way???? That's not privacy and a big No! No! I guess I would have to visit before I totally discarded the property as not suitable for us. Once again lovely house and outbuildings ❤

    Well, no. 4.9ha of strife. Forever cleaning! The house, on the road? No. The only reason for having 5ha of useless land, is for privacy, not to live on a national road! Nice bit of damp in every room and the heating is? Looks like an open fire downstairs, and open fire upstairs.... toasty in winter... NOT! 135k? No thanks!

    Things that I like about this property is the good quality fence, the size of the property because it is large enough to create a profitable farm with the potential for subsidies, and the fact that it is a clean property and building. The sellers did a good job with making the property presentable for a future buyer. However I do think that a lot of potential buyers would like to have more information from the broker, such as the possibility to make a permanent legal home from the building, but a potential buyer also want to know it when that is not possible at all. If it is allowed to build a second floor. And if it is possible to build additional buildings like for example a barn or a shed for equipment, and a garage for a car. It shouldn't be too hard to get that information before you sell it. And you can put the cost from collecting that information in the price from the property. With that information you would make it even more presentable, and I think that it would rule out a lot of questions and hesitations from a potential buyer. 👍

      In some cases that is possible, only a serious buyer can have that confirmed if the lawyer asks for that information at the municipality where the property is located. There are lots of confusing rules about that. But from what I understand you are not able to get a loan from the bank for it. But I might be wrong about that. And you might not be able to build a bigger building, but perhaps you are allowed to build a second floor, and an extra building for farming purposes. Another factor is that you might be eligible for subsidies if the crops cover more than 1 hectare of land. And I am also pretty sure that a serious buyer can negotiate about the price.

      If it were just land with nothing on it, or just some rocks and bushes, I would agree. However, over time, several investment works have been made on the property... a ruin was rebuilt, several trees were planted and cared for, a well was made, an irrigation system was installed and a fence was put up around the 4.5ha. And in 2022, the current owners submitted a project to the City Council for the construction of a single-storey house, and it was approved. Of course, if there is an interested buyer, we can negotiate the price.

    Very well done video, thank you. The actual property i feel misses the mark. You have much better ones there in this price bracket! Small and poorly lit house with no view or character, jammed between 2 other buildings, no garden and a walk down the street to the garage (more hassle to bring shopping home, or in bad weather), then 1km drive away to the small "garden" area, makes it difficult to pick a few fresh veggies for dinner. For the foreigner market, i feel we very much value a garden attached to the house and a nice view out the window while sipping our morning coffee. Moving to another country is mostly about lifestyle. :)

    You're vague aboit the size of the property and you leave out the most important info: What are the licences for the buildings? Urbal? rRural? amenities? Please update your act. Reported you for mis-information.

      I appreciate your report. In the description you can check the size of the land (5125m2), and the size of the buildings. It’s also mentioned that the buildings are for agriculture support and they registered. So it’s a rustic land and no urban registration there. About the amenities you’re right, we didn’t mentioned. The nearest village is Póvoa Rio de Moinhos, just a 2 kms away and you have there 2 or 3 local shops and restaurant. In the town of Alcains (4kms away) you have more different kind or shops and services and in the city of Castelo Branco (10kms) you have all kind of shops/services, hospital and schools.
