Awesome Color though I just saw a Video where behind the Front Wheels there is an Opening which collects Rock or moisture and in Winter Snow Condition will Cause Corrosion in the Rocker Panel, because the added panel keeps it from clearing up. The only way to Fix is Replacing the Shroud from an S550 or adding Mud Guards this is only on the S650.
I am happy with my 2022 Roush Mustang, which doesn't have the opening 👨🏻👍🏻🏎️🏁🏁🚩 and the Channel on the Rockers on both side

@scottcrawford4148 Really which one ? The only thing i don't like is the missing buttons or Knobs for the Air Conditioning Controls. Also, not into electronic parking brake. 👦👍🏎🏁🚩

@@ChasingDifferentAdventures hole in the wheel liner behind the front tires. Debris can enter car frame. Turn front wheel all the way left to see it.

Catch cans are for Turbos. So, Ford let's some oil into the intake for smog purposes. Show me a 5.0 that blew up because of that. The engine was built to be driven hard from the factory. This is simply making an issue where there is none to sell after market B.S. TYVM

Not needed on a stock car never see any oil on my Mach 1. I agree should install one on a boosted car.

Our 2024 GT from the factory completely stock had oil in the pcv fitting and line. That to me is a 100% clear sign that a can is needed. I would agree that it's even more needed on a boosted vehicle but to say they don't work on stock or NA vehicles and isn't needed isn't really accurate.

My stock 2022 Mach 1 is dry as a bone but I'm in agreement that some cars that are stock may need it.

I agree on a boosted car. I’ve never needed one on a NA car but I’ll wait and put 1,000 miles on my ‘24 and look at the pcv valve and hose. Hell, I might pull off the intake and look at the valves before I decide on investing in this. Definitely cheaper and easier than walnut blasting the valves if it gets that bad.

I pulled off the drivers side hose and took an air gun and blew through it onto a paper towel not a drop of oil after 6000 miles.

The driver side hose is the fresh air hose which means on an NA car this is drawing air into the crankcase to flush out the bad air that is being pulled through the PCV. So yea, if you had oil in the fresh air side on an NA car I’d be worried about the health of your engine. The main catch can needed on an NA car is the PCV side. If you see oil in the PCV hose, ya need a catch can.

I just installed this on my 2024. If you have a performance pkg with the support brace good luck to you trying to get in and unscrw this thing. Even if you disconect the hoses its to tight to get your hand in to unscrew it. I think im going to have to remove the brace to get the can out. A huge pain in the ass for an oil change

Yes, the knob is tight on a strut tower brace equipped Mustang. You can also just unscrew the cup on the catch can to check it.

Yep. 2016 Stang GT and I've installed both passenger and driver side UPR Catch-cans. I do not understand the logic behind Ford engineering and even here in Californ-i-idiots about smog abatement, but throwing excess oil into the intake of an engine is assinine. Since my install, my Stang runs much cleaner (clean exhaust smell) and has better numbers than stock with my Autel OBD2 Scanner. However, I have to get it smogged this week and the smog guy said to bring it in to take a look, and he was apprehensive at best. I hope I pass. But if not, I can just uninstall then reinstall afterwards.
My question is, why isn't this CA.R.B. compliant? Is it the political cost involved to get it approved? IDK, just asking.
