True but in a world as diverse as ours, you need to also be sensitive to others opinions, and you need to take social standings into account as well, and most of all consider where the decision to engage some on these topics comes from. Are you trying to inform, shock, draw attention, correct, or simply to enrage and spite. By the social standings thing I mean like it would be hard to discuss religion with your boss because they have more social power than you and if things get heated you can be fired. Now imagine if the roles were reversed, if you were in the situation of power. The long explanations on TH-cam is because TH-cam videos aren't really a conversation, they mostly one sided because the video can't be changed to react to someone else. The Metatron for example cannot reply to someone who asks for them to clarify their point or worse what if he is misunderstood (like the video on Women warriors something something which he had to do a reply video called "Do I hate Women?" because some didn't understand him or took his words out of context). So as a TH-cam Content Creator he needs to be as clear as possible.
You still should keep respecting other people. Remember that any side of the social wars have extremists and some folk that don't read the schedule before joining a side. I'm not a religious person, but I am interested in ancient cultures and mythologies, and this was a very cool video. Also, thank you for explaining this, it was bugging me every time I saw your channel name!
Hi, Raf In Greek Metatron : Μέταθρον, Μεταθρόνιον means with the throne (by the throne) From the words μετά : with, by, after and θρόνος : throne I found your channel only recently and I have to say you are doing a hell of a job! Συγχαρητήρια!!! Spyros di Patrasso, Grecia
You are correct my friend. Jews influenced greatly by Greeks and Babylonians. They call themselves ORTHODOXOI and they gather in a place called SYNAGOGH.

@@felentelechy It's a little bit bizarre. After listening to a few of these monologs while working, I randomly decide to click a comment that's 6 years old, intending to write something pithy, only to find somebody was there just a few hours before. GokuInfintysaiyan I know this is very late but Metatron in Judaism served as the Voice of God and the Face of God and was often portrayed as either equal of higher than even Michael due to his position. In fact sometimes he was even referred to as the Lesser YHWH.
I really enjoy your honest and purist approach to history. We need more people who see the history through the lens of facts instead of putting any slant on it whether left or right. I enjoy your content. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for taking the time to explain. Metatron is such an esoteric title , it had me puzzled. Your explanation, as usual, was elegant and erudite. I discovered your channel quite recently and I find your open approach very helpful. Please keep up your work. Valete!
@metatronyt you're such a loveable person, I think we can all relate with finding an ancient character of power that we connect to, I'd say your genuine personality and your ability to easily tackle subjects is a great combination I'd like your opinion sometime on the subject of Halloween, you see lm proud to tell people ,that these ancestors would find a sacrifice and part of finding a sacrifice included a Celtic warrior running through the streets yelling "treat or treat ", but the sacrifice was supposed to please their God enough to let out one of their people from hell for that night, therefore they believe that when they die that they go straight to hell, and I think that is brutally badass, I hope your comfrim my impression of my peeps but I'm willing to listen to the data
What a great channel! Brilliant. So glad to have found it! You manage to bring so many seemingly disparate subjects together and show the actual interconnectedness of things. Davvero meraviglioso! Auguri!
The trouble with talking religion is that you got two positions (that aren't necessarily mutually exclusive). One holds that there is a core truth. Trouble with this is if you're pretty sure you know it, you'll probably favor it pretty heavily. Otherwise you'd be spreading lies. (The case for Christians. If you thought everyone else was going to burn in hell, wouldn't you want to help as many as possible escape that fate?) The other side is that it's a personal issue. Brining it up only serves to cause fighting. You might do a study of religions by taking away the seriousness of it, perhaps a step away from fiction, but treat it as a search for truth and things to down hill. My rough thoughts on the matter anyways.
I know of a channel called Ryan Reeves that does a lot of videos on the history of the church, and touches a bit on the phylosophies and the practices.
I only recently discovered your channel, about a week ago, through the video about the Blades armor from Oblivion. I was instantly hooked and subbed on the spot. I've not yet had the time to really watch many more of your uploads, but you can count on that changing very soon. I was only slightly familiar with the concept on the Metatron, and it's a really interesting concept and story, regardless of one's beliefs. I choose my first comment to be on this video, though, to say how impressed I am with the level of respect and the way you present an open view to all people, regardless of their own beliefs. As a non-religious American currently living in what is known as 'The Bible-Belt' area of the US, this is something I don't get to see very often in people I don't personally know. To me, it's a very important concept that so many people seem to have forgotten, at least the people that live in my area of the world. It's at the forefront of my social habits to treat all people with the same respect, regardless of one's religion, gender, race, age, or any other such characteristic. I judge people based ONLY on the way they interact with the world around them - their treatment of other people, animals, and the planet - and even then, that judgement is used only to determine how close to my life I will allow them to be (basically, how much time I would to spend around them), and doesn't effect how I treat them in return. I'll treat someone that I dislike the same way as I would one of my best friends, I just try not to be around them as much. (Granted, that changes when they begin to purposely cause harm to the people around them, but that's a story for another day, I feel I've ranted enough here already.) Again, just had to express that feeling of gratitude for not only your great mindset, but your great videos as well. I look forward to watching many more, both from your channel's past and those yet to come. Keep up the great work, and good luck!
Between your well organized video and the name metatron with the merkaba and flower of life and the metatron cube pattern. That was the deciding reason for me subscribing your channel.
I very much like that you are so open minded. You are a very well-learned individual and I feel a lot happier being subscribed to you. I'm not a religious person, but being into the Craft and even the occult, I know much about being ostracized for what you believe. In any case, whether the name of your channel was to promote your own religious beliefs or not, you have my support. People are so often afraid to talk about religion online, but you stepped out of bounds so to speak, and you ventured into it. I commend you for that.
Thanks for this video. I found the information about the Metatron very interesting (and yes, I'll admit to some curiosity about why you'd chosen the name for your channel).
I've really enjoyed your linguistic take on historical matters. I have read a fair bit on Rome and the Punic Wars but learned plenty from your channel.
Oh my goodness! You said Drizzt Do'Urden. Awesome! My favorite fantasy character. Been watching you for about a year, love your content. But, that made my day. Thank you!
I like this video. I miss the days where we could be reasonable, and have discussions and argue differing viewpoints with people in a civilised and constructive way. Amazing that this sentiment was common place just 7 years ago, and is today, entirely gone.
Well, that's pretty much what he said. Check out the Books of Enoch, which were part of the Dead Sea scrolls, but is not considered Canonical except in the Ethiopian Bible. The angels or "gods" in the Heavenly Council are discussed in more detail. The Bible we have today only mentions Michael and Gabriel, both archangels, maybe Azazel too, if I'm not mistaken. There are good and bad angels, but they all originate from Heaven. It's so interesting, it would be worthwhile checking it out in addition to the Bible.
every video I watch on this channel teaches me something new and often quite amazing. I do enjoy the fact that you address you community as "Noble Ones" as well.
I came here out of curiosity about the origin of your name and I ended up leaving with great curiosity about the hierarchy of angels, especially Metatron, and I spent half of the video on pause to search and read about these topics. For me, being a religious person, but not so practicing, this video helped me a lot to learn a little more about Judaism and Christianity, thank you very much for that.
You know, having written a novel based around Angels and a lore I've created for them inspired by the bible, I've done a fair bit of research into them. I haven't quite heard this take, and I honestly love it. It's a way of respecting religion without necessarily being religious. So glad my 5AM dive down the TH-cam rabbit hole brought me here.
Your videos are always very interesting. And I agree that it is good reading a text in the original language. I speak English and Spanish and started studying Chinese Mandarin and Japanese as a hobby. I plan to eventually add Korean and Italian. The fact that you speak so many languages is inspiring. It shows it can be done.

Glad you are saved, Metatron, I wish I had your gift of languages so I could read Hebrew too. I struggle with languages and decided to, as I said to someone who once asked me if I knew any foreign languages, "specialize in English."
Came here from your last live stream. My guess, which was completely comical & always the first thing on the very rare occasion that I hear "The Metatron" out in the wild, was from the movie "Dogma." Your explanation was well thought & succinct.
Dude, you could totally make a second channel dedicated to scholarly stuff, and make points about common translations (from any source you like, really) you disagree with, and offer more concise alternatives. I'd watch the crap out of it!
I am new to your channel. But it was the name you have chosen that drew me to the channel. I enjoyed your explanation of the Metatron. I also look forward to more of your videos in the future.
Don't know if the Metatron (the one in the Heavens) is helping you doing your videos. Fact is, they are really good, and one sees there's a lot of knowledge and intelligence behind them. I'm a happy new subscriber (from Northern Italy, but leaving between Germany and Prague - so, closer to the Golem than to the Metatron, I guess).
Excellent video! Very interesting things to learn. I myself love history and aim to learn more about the ancient Bibles. I do not believe 'Batarn' has any relevance to Christianity, though I always wanted to either make it the Blue Knight or Black Knight. They both have their significance, but I chose Blue Knight for TH-cam.
Brother, I admire you most sincerely. I also love languages, I'm from Serbia, and so far I've learned to speak English and Spanish fluently, I can communicate in German, I know a little Latin, and that's it. But you, Japanese, Hebrew, Mandarin, wow, all the best. I have always been fascinated by these old languages, but I have never had the opportunity to really learn them, so I sincerely admire and respect you, you are rarely an intelligent person, and what I especially like, a very open mind, which delights me. Not so long ago I discovered your channel, I was pleasantly surprised, and I have been following you and recommending you to my friends since then. My sincere respect, and best wishes from Serbia.
I really enjoy your videos. I'm a big fan of history too. I'm Agnostic but I was brought up in a catholic family and it was the most annoying time in my life. I was put in a catholic school and made to say prayers in a class on catholic belief everyday which was mandatory and they put their religion in everything. Oh and my real name means or derives from Son of Aodh which in Irish mythology is god of the underworld.
I understand and respect that Metatron. Because at the end of the day, an Angelic Being, is an Angelic Being, regardless of which of the many religions there are to choosefrom. I am not religious, but at the same time, I have absolutely nothing against religion. It's just not for me. If religion is what gives some people their inspiration hope and ambition, then more power to them. But I honestly get what you are saying. I've been subscribed to your channel since 2017 or 18, and have enjoyed all of your content. The way you don't mislead your viewers is much appreciated and pure gold. Thank you for your great content man.
I like the idea of you discussing your personal beliefs but I can understand your reservations on it. In my opinion people talking about their own beliefs and how they are different and similar to an others is the first part of true dialogue, and in doing so you gain a greater understanding of that person and of your own belief structure as well. Also a fanatic who believes that others must change to follow their own beliefs do so because they have doubt and the existence of another set of beliefs increases that doubt. I feel this holds to those die hard atheists who feel it necessary to mock, insult and "debunk" religious thought and belief. Very interesting vid.
No I'm just calling it like it is. Your the one who said you refused to subscribe to someone because of your preconceived notions of his personal beliefs.
+Stretch Reality Well you overreacted a bit... I had the same reaction just because I didn't know what "Metatron" stands for. So it seemed more obscure and "nerdy" (can't think of a fitting adjective) because it's not the usual for TH-cam.
Pretty awesome choice. I’m curious if you’ve spent any effort on Koine Greek for the New Testament? I have spent some time learning Koine Greek and Biblical Hebrew, but I am not fluent in either. I know enough to be able to struggle through a modest translation for myself. I admire your expertise and I feel aligned with your discussions about religions in this and in other presentations. Knowing even a limited amount about the original languages of the Bible frees one to understand one’s relationship with God in an entirely different way. I know Christian fanatics preach that one can lose their faith or become an atheist if they dissect scripture too much, but for me, my faith has become far more complex and richer and in the process I have become so much more open to other religious world views, including atheism. The experience of a relationship with God is so personal that it is extraordinary absurd to preach to anyone, even in a church. I don’t attend church, anymore. I just sit there and disagree privately most of the time. Why bother? And today, 04/10/2021, I am ashamed of American Christians because of what they have turned their reprehensible movement into. But that’s another story.
I agree 100%. I listen to Dr. Michael Heiser who breaks the Bible down into Hebrew and Greek also. He explains the duties (it's all about their job descriptions) of the angels or "gods". Most preachers won't touch this scripture with a ten-foot pole, because they are afraid they'll shock the Church. It's all there, but ignored by most ministers. Dr. Heiser is also a PhD in linguistics and has a ministry. You will be pleasantly surprised how closely mythology and the Bible relate. It's all about the "words" and the minds of the ancient Hebrews, Jews and Greeks. Like you, I've grown closer to God through my research, still believing that God is above all the other gods (or angels) in the Heavenly Host. If you see this and check out Dr. Heiser, specifically the "Unseen Realm" and "Supernatural", let me know what you think. All his teachings and books are worth looking into. God bless!
@@gloriasheppard7747 Dr. Andrew Woods also insists on using the Hebrew & Greek. He is presiding over Chafer Seminary as well as Senior Pastor of Sugarland Bible Church The original languages make a world of difference in how we read the Word. Metatron, thanks for this informative & enjoyable content. I found you yesterday and my soul rejoiced🕊🙏🤓
To be honest I wondered about this as well after I started to watch your channel. However at this point, I already knew all that. I got so curious that I did a little research in to it. What you mentioned today I knew for a while. People want to be told information, not many reach out to acquire knowledge for them selves... cheers!!
I don't think saying your religious opinion in a video is forcing people to listen to you. They can just watch another video. I totally agree about the labels thing. If you tell people that you are X, then they will assume you have every value that they associate with X. Which really destroys any rational, respectful discourse.
+Legendary176 I disagree, I like my labels; they allow me to see my opponents for what they are in their first post. After that, it's a matter of pointing out how off-topic each of their posts are going, until they break down into ad-hom sniveling.
***** That's my point exactly. When dealing with a reasonable opponent, your labels are just that, labels. But if your opponent is of the unreasonable ilk, your label becomes your everything, and aaaaaaallllllllllll the shitty baggage (real or imagined) that comes with it. I've recently been informed that it might be in my best interest to change one of my labels for something less offensive, so as to engender more dialogue. Let's take "atheist" for example (I am one, but that besides the point); what would be a less offensive term than "atheist", and why would I want to bother?
+FattyMcEaty But saying, "I'm an Atheist." may have some negative stereotypes attributed to you by the other person, depending on who that person is. Some people with good intentions may want to avoid talking with atheist because of some negative stereotype in their mind.
+FattyMcEaty Like Clint pointed out, sometimes people do find problems with certain labels others choose. I think it is better for me to engage someone in a follow first, then tell them I identify as (insert label).
Dude! You brought up Drizzt Do’Urden and I had to pause and look him up. I played “The Accursed Tower” at 17 or 18yo, WHEN IT WAS KINDA NEW! I’m 56yo now. From his wiki entry, I see he ‘literally’ has had a long and robust life. The Drow have always stuck in my memory since then. You called him a hero and that’s why I had to look him up, to confirm he wasn’t the typical Drow. But he was what the kids call now a ‘disruptor’ and earns the title of hero handily. But he was early shades of the anti-hero that pervades so many stories now.

Same. I am very much against religion in modern society (Note I do respect other peoples believes as long as they do not intervene with those that don't want to have anything to do with it like anti gay practices and stuff) but I too find the "lore' and culture very interesting.
Very interesting video as usual. I find the history and origins of names very interesting. I decided to look into my names origin because of the part in you're video mentioning names ending in 'el' and found that Daniel means 'God is my judge'. Thanks again for another superb video
As an atheist I like to see religions as fantasy lores exactly the same as the lord of the rings or a plethora of videogames out there. So chosing favourite characters makes sense.
72 wings LOL did he also have the 9 bladed sword (life of Brian)? anyway, the channel is good, especially the "I don't care" statement towards the end of this video
I think people tend to be more sensitive about the use of religious iconography or mythology only when the religion in question is active and practiced by many people. No one thinks twice about using names from Egyptian, Greek, or Norse mythology, as except in a few neo-pagan movements no one actually subscribes to the associated religions. On the other hand, someone referring to himself on TH-cam as Yahweh, Jesus Christ, or The Prophet Muhammad is likely to receive a great deal of flak for disrespecting a religion (at best) or blasphemy (at worst). Personally, I don't see the need to respect others' beliefs. I respect their right to hold any particular belief they have, since belief is not a choice, but there is nothing about the concept of beliefs that intrinsically deserves respect. That said, I'm not so much of a shit-disturber that I would go out of my way to be offensive for the purpose of provoking an angry reaction.
theMatt2610 Just because one was not born with a particular belief does not mean one consciously chose it. Consider indoctrination, after all. Another great example is people who lose their religious faith. For some of the particularly devout, it's a rather traumatic ordeal. They leave their religion only kicking and screaming, as they desperately want to continue to believe, even as they realise they no longer do. The whole "crisis of faith" would not be much of a crisis if the matter of belief were a personal choice.
Ostsol Belief is a personal choice, indoctrination is the choices of others being forced on you, and the fact, that you can leave a religion for another, or none, is proof enough of it being a choice, and not something that has been preordained.
+theMatt2610 -- One's indoctrination being the choice of others means, by definition, that it is not one's _personal choice_. Someone making a choice for you in no way makes it your own conscious choice. You can choose to go along with it, but whether or not you believe what you are being told is contingent on it being convincing. In the case of indoctrination, information is controlled such that one is never exposed to contrary arguments or evidence. Sure people can choose to leave a religion, but leaving religion is not the issue. The issue is their _reason_ for leaving. People leave a religion because they no longer believe in what it teaches, but they do not choose to not believe. It's something that simply happens as a result of encountering convincing evidence or arguments to the contrary. Even still, many who no longer believe stay with their religion for other reasons. I'm not sure where you get preordination from. If something isn't a choice, that doesn't necessarily imply that it was preordained. It simply means it happens either despite one's own wishes, or without one's conscious understanding that it is happening. If you don't agree, well, that's fine. This is just something that I've really starting to believe after watching some atheists' "deconversion" videos. They really drive home the fact that they really wanted to continue believing, but simply couldn't anymore. It all felt false and trying to fake it to others just made matters worse.
That's so interresting. I'm impress by all you know and the fact you stay humble. Your videos help me a lot for writing the battles' part of my novel so thank you and congrats for all your studies, it look so cool ! I hope you had great joy to make it !
Why you call yourself Orthodox? Doesn't exist a hebrew word to describe your religion but instead you decide in using a Greek? Also there is no word in hebrew to describe the Synagogue you attend every saturday and you chose a Greek one? Metatron my friend is also a greek word and means after the throne. Just the theta letter became t because usually only greeks can pronounce it properly. If i were you i would stick ONLY in the Tora and not in the kabalistic interpretations influenced by Babylonians and Greeks.
@@gigi2212 You’re actually wrong, in Hebrew Jews use the word “dati” which means religious and is the Hebrew away to describe oneself as orthodox. Also your second point is wrong again. Jews use the Hebrew words “beit knesset”, meaning “house of assembly” for synagogue. It seems like your just upset that Jews in English speaking countries are using English (which has Greek loan words) to describe themselves.
@@Channel-ml4qv Yea sure everybody is wrong except you!!! You say Jesus said this and that in Hebrew... Jews never kept any record of Jesus talking anything, Jews wanted to kill Jesus because they saw him as fake. Jesus' words were kept alive only in Greek koine megalogrammati. By the way, you still haven't answered why Jews use the greek word SYNAGOGUE wherever they live although they have their own word to describe the same thing? And why they don't use a local word for every country they live in (Assembly in America for example). Why only Greek everywhere??? Even they give their children Greek names (Alexander for example)? This is very true. The person quickest to fight is commonly a very aggressive person.
Same goes to anger and offense.
it's seems like giving these long explanations before elaborating on "sensitive" topic is a must on TH-cam these days.
True but in a world as diverse as ours, you need to also be sensitive to others opinions, and you need to take social standings into account as well, and most of all consider where the decision to engage some on these topics comes from.

Lucifer has 6 wings
Michael idk but he is the strongest angel of all

GokuInfintysaiyan I know this is very late but Metatron in Judaism served as the Voice of God and the Face of God and was often portrayed as either equal of higher than even Michael due to his position. In fact sometimes he was even referred to as the Lesser YHWH.
@@GokuInfintysaiyan thats christianity, metatron is Judaic.

Thank you for taking the time to explain. Metatron is such an esoteric title , it had me puzzled. Your explanation, as usual, was elegant and erudite. I discovered your channel quite recently and I find your open approach very helpful. Please keep up your work.
Valete!
You've quickly become one of my favorite channels I'm subscribed to, and I love this video, and love the origin of your channel's name!
I'm glad you like my channel pal!
@metatronyt you're such a loveable person, I think we can all relate with finding an ancient character of power that we connect to, I'd say your genuine personality and your ability to easily tackle subjects is a great combination
I'd like your opinion sometime on the subject of Halloween, you see lm proud to tell people ,that these ancestors would find a sacrifice and part of finding a sacrifice included a Celtic warrior running through the streets yelling "treat or treat ", but the sacrifice was supposed to please their God enough to let out one of their people from hell for that night, therefore they believe that when they die that they go straight to hell, and I think that is brutally badass, I hope your comfrim my impression of my peeps but I'm willing to listen to the data
What a great channel! Brilliant. So glad to have found it! You manage to bring so many seemingly disparate subjects together and show the actual interconnectedness of things. Davvero meraviglioso! Auguri!
I wish you would talk more on religions since you are obviously so knowledgeable about them and so respectful at the same time.
were I a youtuber, I would avoid religion completely. Shitstorm (extremism, racism, hate) starts immediately under topics like that.
István Sipos I agree with the shitstorm part but it wouldn't really be racism. Just religious bigotry.
Devin Buettgenbach i know a few of those, but they tend to make up bullshit to demean the whole beleif
If you thought everyone else was going to burn in hell, wouldn't you want to help as many as possible escape that fate?)
The other side is that it's a personal issue.
Very nice discussion, I'm astonished at your linguistic abilities. My hat is off to you!
Interesting back story... I was raised Roman Catholic and I've never heard of the Metatron Archangel before, so thank you for sharing.
(Granted, that changes when they begin to purposely cause harm to the people around them, but that's a story for another day, I feel I've ranted enough here already.)
Again, just had to express that feeling of gratitude for not only your great mindset, but your great videos as well. I look forward to watching many more, both from your channel's past and those yet to come. Keep up the great work, and good luck!
I'm religious and found this very interesting, I really love angels. I always thought you named yourself that because of megatron from transformers.
🤣🤣🤣

Metatron's history is in the Akashic Records, which is the Cosmic Consciousness where the Creator can communicate with those who can hear him.
Ancient Greek is also very interesting to learn.

IoKnight this is so damn accurate.
CHeck out my dedicated video, my intro and my outro
Came here from your last live stream. My guess, which was completely comical & always the first thing on the very rare occasion that I hear "The Metatron" out in the wild, was from the movie "Dogma."
Your explanation was well thought & succinct.
Dude, you could totally make a second channel dedicated to scholarly stuff, and make points about common translations (from any source you like, really) you disagree with, and offer more concise alternatives. I'd watch the crap out of it!
+ForgottenFirearm I would too!
i honestly dont think hed even need a seperate channel, theres probably a bit of carry-over.
Thank you & would love to hear you talk more about things like this.
My favorite angel is Michael. The fact that I watch your channel and Skallagrim alot, the reason should be obvious... Cuz swords.
I am new to your channel. But it was the name you have chosen that drew me to the channel. I enjoyed your explanation of the Metatron. I also look forward to more of your videos in the future.
+Jhon Underwood I'm glad you liked this video and my channel's name :) thank you for watching!
Metatron I found your reply at 11:11 meaning he angels are watching. Metatron has spread his wings.
I always feel happier when I watch your videos. Thank you so much for what you do.
+captainfabian I'm glad you do!
I like the fact that he's humble too.
now you just need an aniamted intro of the metatron and all his wings!
+GameSquid I surely will have it in the future!
Thank you. I had been wondering about that.
I would honestly love to know your personal beliefs, and any relevant history therein, if it applies.
+Matthew Brown absolutely agree. Not to pass judgement, though.
That's not good business though
Metatron..an angel whose name does not end in -el. Having watched your clip about religion a coouple of minutes ago ;0 xx You are doing great!
Bloody_Crow thats a heavy ass name
I remain amazed by your linguistic knowledge. Well done!
I'm not a religious person, but This is really interesting.
Metatron vs Tyrael... who wins?
I like the idea of you discussing your personal beliefs but I can understand your reservations on it. In my opinion people talking about their own beliefs and how they are different and similar to an others is the first part of true dialogue, and in doing so you gain a greater understanding of that person and of your own belief structure as well. Also a fanatic who believes that others must change to follow their own beliefs do so because they have doubt and the existence of another set of beliefs increases that doubt. I feel this holds to those die hard atheists who feel it necessary to mock, insult and "debunk" religious thought and belief. Very interesting vid.
The name of your site has put me off. Now that I have seen this explanation, I'm subscribing.
Troll.
No I'm just calling it like it is. Your the one who said you refused to subscribe to someone because of your preconceived notions of his personal beliefs.
+Timothy: Some just made a very valid accusation at you & all you can come up with is "troll"?...
+Falcon Windblade I know right?
+Stretch Reality Well you overreacted a bit... I had the same reaction just because I didn't know what "Metatron" stands for. So it seemed more obscure and "nerdy" (can't think of a fitting adjective) because it's not the usual for TH-cam.
Great tale, and you're a marvelous divine scribe, so keep them wings spread and fly high.
God bless!
@@gloriasheppard7747
Dr. Andrew Woods also insists on using the Hebrew & Greek. He is presiding over Chafer Seminary as well as Senior Pastor of Sugarland Bible Church
The original languages make a world of difference in how we read the Word.
+Legendary176
I disagree, I like my labels; they allow me to see my opponents for what they are in their first post. After that, it's a matter of pointing out how off-topic each of their posts are going, until they break down into ad-hom sniveling.
*****
That's my point exactly.
+FattyMcEaty
But saying, "I'm an Atheist." may have some negative stereotypes attributed to you by the other person, depending on who that person is. Some people with good intentions may want to avoid talking with atheist because of some negative stereotype in their mind.
+FattyMcEaty
Like Clint pointed out, sometimes people do find problems with certain labels others choose. I think it is better for me to engage someone in a follow first, then tell them I identify as (insert label).
+FattyMcEaty
Agreed. Still takes me a while to get to that point though. I love in Mississippi.

Metatron this channel is so awesome. The content is great. Just got even better, Drizzt was my childhood!
I agree with you, on all but one point, belief is a conscious choice, not something you're born with.
Have a nice day and cheers
theMatt2610 Just because one was not born with a particular belief does not mean one consciously chose it.
Love this, I am Orthodox Jewish, and a close affiliate of the Rastafari Movement
And I love your opinion and your channel :D
How you will show us anything Jesus said in Hebrew ???
By the way, you still haven't answered why Jews use the greek word SYNAGOGUE wherever they live although they have their own word to describe the same thing? And why they don't use a local word for every country they live in (Assembly in America for example). Why only Greek everywhere???
Even they give their children Greek names (Alexander for example)?
And yes why do they identify as orthodox and not as חֲרֵדִי?
I'm more partial to Michael (deliverer of the first curb stomp battle in history, patron of exorcists) but still a solid choice. Ever since I first found your channel I'd wondered why you chose the name. Interesting reasons.

Acabo de conocer tu canal y me encanta, sinceramente me parece excepcional, una locura de bueno. Así que desde el Trastámara, en las entrañas de Galicia, muchas gracias.
I wouldn't mind you talking about your personal beliefs. Sharing beliefs shouldn't be offensive, its forcing your beliefs and disrespecting others beliefs that are offensive IMO
Hey Metatron, I've been watching your channel for years and remember when this video came out. Thanks for all the great content over the years!
Would you ever consider doing a video on the black cube of Saturn, its associated theories, and how it correlates to Metatron's cube? I'd love to hear your thoughts on the topic! Thanks again for all the good quality information. You're the man!
