Record number of silver coins found, Bucket lister and GAW draw UK metal detecting

This was the first metal detecting group dig of the year and as soon as I know the location I pulled up the old maps online and quickly worked out the best spot to go and dig.

4:03 was George 5th his head was facing the left but great vid as always keep it up. also I recommend to not brush your older coins with a brush like that as it can damage them you can use spray bottle with a toothbrush is what works best for me when i find them

Too many George's I can never remember lol.
It's not as aggressive as you would think its quite a soft brush this one but it all depends on the condition of it when it comes out of the ground. I carry a spray tooth brush and this bit brush. But sometimes you have to be careful even using a spray as it can take the patna off especially if it very wet ground with sheep or cows on because the high nitrogen levels rots the old coppers and brass coins away. Wow DDDAN, what a coin shoot that was, well done mate. Your ID numbers are pretty close to the numbers I get on my Garrett custard sticker so I was screaming " big silver " at the 92 signal, love the low 90s signals. I'm so happy to see my sticker on your spade too.

For the giveaway in the previous video it was 41. I got my 40th which was the sixpence then I got the silver 3d
