I would still put washers on the front side of the caliper bracket. Those bolts definitely need more surface area to grab on than what you have. Be safe when it comes to brakes… you never know.
Yep, had the issue a long time ago on my 01 civic. Better make sure the center hub is tight to your bearing hub, or you'll also have shake like an unbalanced wheel. Hubcentric spacers are your friend.
Love the effort/time/result you put into your video man. Car looks 🔥🔥🔥 Couple of questions, a) how many watches do you own bro, serious 🤔 b) Did you previously run the same tyre sizing (235/40/18)
Thank you my man! I just counted them. I have 20, if you count the Apple Watch. Some really old ones have to go at this point either broken or straps missing. The tires were the same before.
Hey I have same car bought some 18x9.5 and they rub on my front coilovers don’t clear do those 18x9 clear good

I did not use hub spacers for this reason. Moving the caliper back a few mil was enough. I know what you mean about those hub spacers

@@reesescars6871 20 😳 ok ... btw love the twin outlet on the wall, got a similar setup on my 8th Gen 😎
@@thatguyben3128 those were from my Camaro. Never found a buyer. Would be cool to fit them on the civic. It has a bypass for quieter tones in vacuum.
@@reesescars6871 yeh i was thinking if it was a bi-module exhaust but that sounds cool 👌🏼 ... so, you were a muscle car dude too 🤘🏼
Looks clean 👍👍
Thank you!
I just got the same rims on my 2015 civic si coupe, havent installed yet. Did you have the center rings on?
Mines did not come with them. You def need them.
Yo Reese i was wondering what offset would be best to clear TL type s calipers ? I'm looking into 17x9 or 17x9.5 rpf1s
Yo Reese
Wheel specs and tires specs? Also what are you dropped on?
The tires are 235/40/18 the wheels are 18x9 +35. It’s about a one finger gap.
Couple questions. Did u rolled your fender, do you also have a camber kit and what suspension do u have ?
@@BaTaNg_AnGaS I did not roll the fenders yet. I do have a camber kit made by GodSpeed. I made a video on them.
Which wilwoods kit do you have?
SuperLite 6 Piston Kit.
