Did the car perform better..?? Did you notice better acceleration, and better braking with the RPF1's..? Did you bother weighing the stock set up vs the RPF1 set up..?? Did you notice any improvement in gasoline mileage..?? Those wheels look good on all cars for all eternity....
Honestly so true... In the process of buying a set for my 99 EK LX.. barely just picked her up for way less than she is worth and has been running like a dream.. first time in the Honda world so I'm still learning about avaliable mods cause I wanna go fast real fast as im used to v8 mercs brabus and Porsches... I know a set of these wheels would be a great way to start as they will be so much lighter and bigger and as high performance and street legal as they are allowed Toyo on for Max grip and I think I'll be enjoying this car 1 million times more.. the only issue I face is my size.. idk if I should get 15x7, 16x7 or 16x8 .. Anyway peace out lol
@@McDzy No rubbing Almost just touches the plastic cover in the left rear wheel well For the fuel filler. I ran the 5 mm hub centric spacer on the front only Same as this video… the set up is bang on.
@@McDzy I ran Continental contisport 245/40/17R treadwear 280 No issues and unreal handling Hub centric 5 mm spacer in front only 17 x 9 + 35 looks the nicest but seems to give guys wheel lip rubbing on 8 gen civic. The 8.5 issue in my opinion will be the spokes bow out more as the rim narrows or the diameter of the wheel shrinks to clear calipers. Best to study real pics of those wheels to see if they are the look you like. :
Which route do you think I should take in getting my wheels to poke a bit more? It’s already on tein lowering springs, koni struts, an skunk 2 rear arms.
bit of a late response but that looks like LED flicker. It's cause by the "cycles" of the LED, as LEDs actually turn on and off 50+ times a second. Sometimes the rate of the LED flicker matches the framerate of the camera, and at those instances it causes the effect that you saw in the video. Off camera they look completely normal. I believe the only way to fix the flicker is to go with a more expensive constant current (no interruption in current=no flickering) LED driver and I'm not sure if those are implemented in automotive yet.

Are you running spacers if so what are they
Can you order those in chrome or did you get the rims dipped?
Did you have fitment issues in the rear?
Which espec(size) have the hankook tire on the back side?

what are you lowered on?
Are your fenders rolled?
What size are the tires?
What are you lowered on
rolled fender and pulled fenders?
how these are 17x9 and the wheels not passing the fenders?
Dylan Gardener the positive offset
What offset for flush fitment? And a little poke? Going to surprise my bf 🥷🏻
Will 17x9 +20 offset deep dish ryver wheels tuck in the fenders or out?
How are you gonna make money off flipping rims? Don't they lose value after you drive on em?
What’s springs you running bro
What is that flickering coming from the halogen bulbs? they look cool
Jordan Kim they might be led lights , it does that in the camera when recorded

Any fender mods? What size spacer did you use for the front?
imHellaHungry rear are rolled flat. Front tabs are bent. 5mm spacer in the front just to clear the strut. No rubbing.
@@slow_si5909 dumb question but I'm assuming if I have +40 offset I should be fine and not need a spacer correct thanks
