Thank you for the review! What does it mean if it doesn’t have a built in GPS?? Can I leave my phone in my room and take a walk outside and still have it accurately record the number of steps I take? I’m getting this for my dad and he just wants to make sure he doesn’t need to worry about his phone and still have the Fitbit record how man steps. Thanks!
It will record the steps correctly, but it won't record distance accurately. It will still give you a distance, but without the phone it won't be accurate for distance
My heart rate sensor and the green light in my versa 2 stopped working over a year after having it now. I wouldn’t recommend. Warranty ended and they have no fixing facility. They offer you a discount on a new product. Just my experience, looking into the new charge 5 now.
That's pretty disappointing. I know they have changed some things here and there with the acquisition from Google, but the watch should definitely last at least two years

It does, but I believe it is behind the premium pay wall for the Fitbit app sadly
