I love victimize and dance knives builds. I also got the vampire aspect with the ghosts that explode, exploding poison on death, freezing of enemies and then they shoot into shards on death, slow down enemies, vulnerable, your name it.
Great build - currently facerolling T3s. Not sure how I'll get resists for T4, but we'll see. While it doesn't pack the punch the snapshot does, it's more fun IMO. Thanks for sharing!
It blows my mind that DoK is the best spin2win build this season; forget whirlwind. DoK is awesome. I'll try this variation out on a new character and see how it compares to the standard snapshot build!
What I've found is that you only need to snapshot concealment . Ashearas builds up and is snapshotted when you use DoK, so no need for basic. Imbuements and shroud can be thrown in anytime. So really its only making sure you do your potions and concealment which by repetition, I don't even notice I'm setting it up as I move. Doesn't feel clunky, plus you basically always have concealment because of the druid rune, so you have that on hold if you get cc'd. It's not much more skill prepping than say running a imbuement build. Not to be devils advocate, but i think once you learn to play with it, it's actually quite a smooth build and playstyle. Not for everyone, but I might like this more than Twisting Blades [season 2].
My routine is potion - basic attacks - concealment - imbue - shroud - potion - DoK. I'm really good at this now but in pit 90 if I'm unlucky and get the big bug boss, he can knock me back so often that I run out if potions. So it's definitely clunky.
@bloedekuh I mean, it's more clunky than other builds. For sure. Just doesn't seem so bad once you're use to it. Plus, depending on your setup; I've noticed the only thing I really need to snapshot is the potions and concealment. Although, I have Heir of Perdition, and with other crit chance bumps, even if I miss concealment I'm crit-hit-chance is somewhere over 2/3 of the time. Most of the time I prep shroud and shadow. I actually will press shroud quite often not because I run out of shrouds [I don't get hit much]. But, I use it to gain the dodge chance from using agile. Trying to keep that 12% bump plus replenishing any shrouds that do fall off.
@@CloudK23 I did the testing myself as well. You DEFINITELY have to use Blade Shift to build some charges before spinning against bosses or in pits. I don't build up charges or drink potions only if I'm doing helltide or hordes or nightmare dungeons because I do enough damage and there's no time in said places. But you are right, for normal T4 content it's not that clunky, I'm so used to the prep combination that sometimes I forgot if I did it or not.
@bloedekuh that's weird, because I'll do my setup without doing blade shift [getting Ashearas stacks] and I'll go into DoK and my indicator popup above the skill bar shows I have 5 stacks and it stays. I'm assuming I have it if it's showing, but is this not telling? Wondering if it shows but isn't giving me the buff? I'm know wondering if i have the stacks from a previous spin, but I want to say I have it even when my snapshot is clear.
Cooler build, werd ich mal testen. Spiele eben den normalren dok build auf dem ewigen realm und mache leider kaum schaden da ich diese BAC rune nicht finde und dafür Unsummen verlangt werden.
Oh forgot to mention - would be great if you added a Leveling tab and show the best way to level DoK into this build. Granted I can figure it out, having made it and run it, would probably be easier for you to put together a leveling section for those who want to try the build out.

Hey, and why Cowl of the Nameless is better here than Heir of Perdition? Heir has high Lucky Hit Chance as well, lot of Crit Chance and 60% multi dmg...
U dont use Aspect of Synergy, because it does not benefit poisoning in poison imbuement? how about aspect that give bonus to stun grenade, same thing wont benefit poisoning damage?
why take movespeed on boots, u will still have 200% in battle with dark should active, take armor there instead, also i dont get the idea of taking poison chance on weapons, on all of the weapon, when u still use poison imbuement....
It is NOT meant to clear anything higher in the first place. If you want a good pit pushing varient, just go and play SB. In the sesne of high build performance, YOU are the one capping your own capabilities by playing rogue instead of SB🫡

Arr you just totally against snapshot or? Snapshot build will push further and does more damage. Also the grenade thing is not a bug, it changes the skill to a grenade. The same thing is utilized in a variety of build. Also to add snapshot doesnt snapshot fist of faith and its very easy to use. If someone cant drink 2 potions and cast 2 abilities to begin spinni g then they should swap games not builds. Every build in this game is becoming a piano build. We dont need more lesser variants of the builds when our class representstion is already at its lowest.
I think there is a casual playerbase that does not want to Snapshot much and that’s the build for them. For the blasters the grenade variant is very good
@@davidcrowe6971 What I like about this build, without snapshot, is that I can do shadowsteps, smoke granade, evades, caltrops, mid-fight without loosing DMG from my DoK. It might do less DMG, but it sure is more fun than snapping a few skills, and hold down spin-button. So this is a more active build imo, with less DMG. Or.. haven't tried pushing with it yet, but cleared a 85 pretty easy, and have done 89 with the snapshot build from m1py.

@@CloudK23 if you don’t stack Asheara prior too your long spin you will not get the attack speed bonus in your damage. You also have to snapshot qax

I did the calculation and Cowl is better if you have a good roll & masterwork crits on ranks. But Heir is also fine

its not aboud poison imbue but Victimize. these aspects dont scale its damage

Rogue for its the Best char, but no this seazon , its difficult to have fun on 80 pit lvl , if different char made easilly 120
@@bolsiu69 for me it gets boring at some point. SB is doing 100x times more dmg than it should. rogue is a well balanced class overall
