Watching them as an adult, I realize how underrated Mel C was at the time. Actually, she's the most talented one, no doubt about it.
I know she had the pipes man! And she always had stage presence along with Emma and mel b they were always on ! I always watched Mel c cause she always did the dance steps right and those leads in the chorus are operatic. My dad always mentioned how talented she was when he watch them with us. I noticed too but I thought it was because she is sporty and fit so her voice would be strong also.
@@donmonteiro6830 Mel C is a vocal acrobat, she brings stability to the group, Mel B rounds it out with her rhythm and unique vocal style (Mel C, Mel B and Geri had very distinct and unique voices) and presence while Emma's sweet vocal tone and dancing skills also were in unison, Geri's spunk and Victoria's attitude and cool calm aesthetic ...everything works so well with this group. All of them personas in own right.
I disagree!m ! she was talented but not more or less other girls ! they all have same level of talent and charisma, in different way. For some Mel C was best for some annoying with that squeak voice. Someone like more Posh and her lower pop notes, someone like Mel B and her deep strong voice 🤷🏻♂️ it is just matter of taste

1. I LOVE the personality of Geri here. She's not the better singer and dancer, but her personality is everything.
2. Mel C is energy totally. She's the best in everything. She has discipline, Energy and a voice perfect for this team.
3. Victoria looks like Catwoman, her moves, her way nature of be posh. I like so much.
4. Mel B is a Wild natural lol, she looks so spontaneously in her steps are so secure

5. Baby spice she looks so comfortable being baby that she can do everything.

It wasn’t filmed for DVD release but it was filmed in terms of professionally. The footage shown every night on the big screen is professional screen footage and each girls and members of the crew have a copy. So that’s why people are still asking for it. We don’t care if iits not HD or DVD suitable we just want the footage whatever the quality may be.

A little bit of cleaning up and some colour correction and presto chango. I mean if you think about it the 88 Wembley show for the Bad Tour done by Michael Jackson which was released to dvd after his death was pure screen footage just remastered.

I was given this concert on VHS (remember them), and I loved it for the music, and also the offstage footage.
Victoria looked like she was having kittens before the gig, and Geri really shone.
Loved her Spanish rapping on If You Can't Dance.
Mel C is clearly the best singer in the band, backed up by Mel B's gutsy delivery.
Victoria and Emma have lighter voices, and Geri is somewhere in the middle.
This was their first live gig and they kicked arse.

I been a rock guitar player for over fifty years. You would think I would not like the Spice Girls. You're mistaken. I've gotten more joy and entertainment from watching and listening to the Spice Girls than just about any other band or group of any type.
We could say Spice Girls was the blueprint of the kpop girls. Even some old songs of SG have resemblance with kpop songs.
