- We are back guys! It's been a little hiatus but the budget truck 1988 Dodge D150 - low buck hemi truck - has been progressing in the hands of Blake and Mike. This HEMI ROARS! And the budget on this has been kept as low as we possibly can, we share the numbers in the video. Remember we used a 2006 Jeep commader hemi 5.7 and all the parts we could have out of it. See how we made some smoke with the burnouts we did. You can be the judge of who won this burnout competition. Life is good guys, keep swappin! Hemi Swap the World!

Tagged you guys on Facebook when I pulled my motor out for my heni swap. Much easier to pull the clip instead of going over the rad support. Looking forward to the new parts coming out for my swap into the 1982 d100 . My motor is from a 2011 ram so I got the eagle 5.7 going in

This video is helpful. I have a 2008 Commander i dumped a 6.1 SRT in, im looking to rip it back out and drop in a D150, so this video is just what I'm looking for.
I've been watching since your first low buck video and about the same time I started my swap from durango into 90 w250. Mine has been running great and having been waiting to see yours and I gotta say good job.
That seat setup looks so uncomfortable. I like the build though. I couldn’t swing a hemi swap price wise on my 84 d150 but I did an 5.3 swap and it’s awesome, my factory dodge powersteering lines actually hooked up to the factory 5.3 GM pump and works flawlessly. Idk how long it’ll stay in there but it’s running for now. Eventually I’d like to do some kindve hemi swap but for now the 5.3 works.

I have a 95 ram so barely any electronics except for radio and basic stuff that came in 95. I bought a hemi out of a 2014 ram 1500. Looked at your website and I see 2015-2021 for the basic running harness. Just curious if that harness would work with a 2014

I have a 96 dodge Dakota. I did a solid axle front conversion. and dropped in a 412 in.³ stroker LA motor I would really like to put like an 08 hemi with a 545 RFE. What do you guys have for that set up?

By the way watch them burnouts with that one wheel peel. Blew the cookies out of my 9 1/4 showing off the hemi swap guess it wasn't used to having actual horsepower pushing it.

hi, i have a pretty much the same truck and the same engine and transmission from a 2007 Chrysler Aspen the engine work but the transmission don't change the speed, can you please guys help my, thank you in advance
From the CenLa area. Have yall had any luck on a lift and leveling kit? All I am seeing is for W150 and it is not compatible with D150s. Not trying to do too big of a lift. Just enough where it gives it a decent stance.

Hi guy's I love your content I alway's learn something new. I have a question, would it be possible to swap out a Commander shifter like you did, on a 2004 Dakota 4x4 with a 545-RFE transmission?
cannot confirm. But don’t see why it won’t be close. The shifter had a cable that tied to the trans switch underneath.
Would a Hemi from a 2008 Chrysler Aspen Limited work for a swap like this?

hi ! i have a w100 86 with a 318 actually, is it doable swapping a 5.7 hemi eagle in it and keeping Oem transfer case, all the cluster working ? convertible in a cable throttle or i should swap the gas pedal for an electronic one ? as i see you swapped the trans shifter. is it possible without swapping it also ?

You can do it. Definitely try and get a full donor if possible. Keep your trans

Not right now. Each car is so different it would take a while to do that. We want to get the basics right so everyone can enjoy the hemi at first.
Hey there my Name is Fernando and I am I in a big nightmare I have a 2005 jeep grand 5.7 and I tried doing a coil pack conversion on my hemi and ever since it won't start I cut the coil conector s wail the battery was connected and I thought that I burned the ecm so I send it to get fix and wen I got it back it still didn't start I really need some help I don't know what to do
