More low-carb recipes please Chef! Instead of soya sauce, I will use Coconut Aminos. Instead of corn starch, I will substitute with arrowroot powder and lastly lakanto to replace normal sugar. Love your cooking style :))

Hello 🙋🏻♂️Fried cauliflower with vegetables:
Ingredients:
Cauliflower 1 No.
Bell pepper (3 colours) 100g
Mushrooms 100g
Frozen scallops 10 Nos.
Frozen shrimps 6 Nos.
Bacon 50g
Seasoning:
Tumeric powder 1/2 tsp
Light soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Tapioca starch 1/2 tbsp
Salt little
Preparation:
1. Cut cauliflower into pieces, season with cooking salt water for 5 minutes.
2. Bell pepper, red yellow and green, 1/2 No. per each and get diced.
3. Dice mushrooms.
4. Season shrimps and scallops with salt for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Cauliflower has been soaked well, rinse thoroughly and hang dry.
6. Blend cauliflower then put in a big bowl.
Steps:
1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in wok.
2. Put little tapioca starch on shrimps and scallops, this can make them dry enough and crispy.
3. Put (2) into wok, fry for 1 minute, put on plate.
4. Heat up little oil and tumeric powder at low flame in wok.
5. Put mushroome in wok.
6. Put bacon and a little oil.
7. Put cauliflower frying for 2 minutes in wok.
8. Fry half of bell pepper well.
9. Put shrimps.and scallops in wok.
10. Put seasonings, sugar, little salt and 1/2 tbsp light soya sauce. Fry well.
11. Finally, put bell pepper into wok. Fry well. Serve.👍😋🙏🏻💖
