Thanks for making the video and script available!
You're welcome. Thank you for watching.
Thank you so much - your script works like a breeze !!! it saved me so much time !!!
i just want to precise that in the keyword colon, it does not matter if you add a comma after the last keyword. It works if you put it or if you don't.
Great to hear it works well for you. Thank you for watching.
@@wc7 By the way, if you have some spare time, it would be very interesting to create the reverse script : export metadata to CSV from folders and subfolders. that would be useful to double check at a glance all missing fields.
@@laurettebeaucamp6479 That's a great suggestion. And it shouldn't be difficult. I've added it to my list of new scripts to make. I'll post back here when I have something to try. Thanks!
thanks for the video, very helpul :)
question does this works for PDF_A fles ?Im getting an error: "ERROR: File does not support embedded metadata"
Just like the error says. The script is for image metadata. PDFs are not image files. One might be a PDF of an image, but that doesn't make it an image file format. This kind of metadata is specific to image formats.
Everytime its failed to import my data around 50% data. I have tried 21,22,23,24 Version also paid version. But Everytime its failed for me. Can you help me with that?
I don't know what you are referring to when you say "21,22,23,24" version. Also there is no "paid" version of this script (that I offer). So your message is confusing. You are using my script "Metadata From CSV"? Or another?
@@wc7 i used your script. And versions are about photoshop. Your script is not working only in my pc but its working in my friends pc. So i have tried multiple versions of Photoshop but its still not working. Not working means every time around 50% of image processing failed.
@@tech-ten If it works on one PC but not yours, it's not the script. It's your PC. That is works but stops 50% I would think a resource limit is reached. I would break up the CSV into three batches and do each separately. Not much more I can say. That's the only suggestion I have. Nothing I can do to the script to makes things any different. Can't expect much for free.
@@wc7 Thanks for your suggestion
did you make script Export metadata to cvs?
I do not have a script to do the opposite, yet. I've had one other request for it, so I'll move the request up to the top of my list. I'll reply here when I have something.
Make script to make school ID card
Should be possible. But I need many more details, and best to have some example files. Contact me through my website and we can go further: www.marspremedia.com/contact/
