i think its a huge mistake not cooking your pasta before adding it to the rest of the ingredients! i did that once because the recipe called for it and the cook who made it said it was safe -and it tasted fine but the starches that you leave behind in the water was in my dish and it was just too starchy! i had a small bowl but my stomach swelled up so much -i thought i had poisoned myself. so if you dont want that -cook your pasta before you add it to the rest of the dish!

yeah but i think you can just,, like not add the meat?i'm not really vegeterian but i dont eat meat since i dont like it and only eat sushi or shrimps so when i do these recipies i just take out the meat and maybe add some veggies instead there are tons of vegeterian dishes that you can find just by searching if you want

Those complaining that these recipes aren't vegetarian/vegan- you could literally make these exact same recipes minus the meat, or add a vegan meat/cheese substitute, and call it a day. It's really not that complicated 🙄

I've noticed that in american cooking in general, they tend to flavor the rest of their food WITH the meat, rather than flavoring the meat with the rest of the food-- if that makes sense. for instance, bacon was used to flavor nearly every component of one of the pasta dishes above, whereas in another culture's cuisine, the veggies and spices are cooked off first, then the raw meat is added and soaks up all the flavors that way. not really sure what this means, but its just an observation.
I'd love to see you do a series of "Cooking for One" recipes. Even if some of them become Weekly or Monthly Meal Prep & are frozen in portions. Not all of us have vast freezer space though!

Rule #1: leafy veggies such as spinach are always thrown into the mix last, otherwise you will end up with soggy and devoid of nutrients.

For the first one I improvised since I didn't have Alfredo sauce, I used cottage cheese and cow milk. It turned out better than I expected.
Just made number 9 a couple of minutes ago, but without artichoke hearts. Turned out to be pretty good, definately recommend it.
